- Limited edition of the sedan
- Gets cosmetic changes and new features
Introduction
Honda has recently launched a new limited edition of the City sedan, called the City Sport. Based on the V variant, it is priced at Rs. 14.89 lakh (ex-showroom).
Exterior
The new City Sport gets a few cosmetic add-ons, but the overall design remains the same as the standard version. The special edition sports a new red exterior shade and features aesthetic enhancements such as a blacked-out grille, black ORVMs, shark-fin antenna, and a black lip spoiler. It rides on gloss black 15-inch alloy wheels.

Interior
Inside the City Sport's cabin, there's black leather upholstery with contrasting red stitching, which is also seen on the dashboard trim. The special edition also gets rhythmic ambient lighting with seven colours. As the City Sport is based on the V variant, it comes equipped with ADAS and many other features.
Powertrain
Mechanically, the new Honda City Sport continues to get the same powertrain as the standard City currently on sale. It is powered by a 1.5-litre, four-cylinder petrol engine that produces 119bhp and 145Nm torque. However, on the transmission front, the Sport special edition is only offered with a seven-step CVT.
Competition
The Honda City Sport goes straight up against the Skoda Slavia Sportline in the Indian market.
Booking and Deliveries
Bookings for the new City Sport are underway, and deliveries will begin shortly. We should see this limited edition on our roads by the start of July.
