      Very poor customer support. Very poor service support. No escalations. Every time customer care center assure they give good service. But every time different kind of problem . Too many sensors and too many problems. Still service center not able solve problem which identified during 1st day of purchase.

    • Overpriced Car with Worst Performance

      I had an MG HECTOR SMART HYBRID Variant In 2019 November. It's been 5 years and I am telling you it's the worst vehicle to purchase. The Tyre Got burst while driving. The good-year tires are the worst and there is no crash test rating for this vehicle in India. No safety rating for the past 5 years please don't buy this overpriced Chinese vehicle.

      Worst quality tyres being used in tyres. Tyres damages only in one puncture. 3 tyres were damaged in the first year only 5000 km driven.

    • Extremely poor engine & clutch

      I bought this car in 2020 and never imagined it to have a higher maintenance cost than a luxury car. The engine, clutch, and gear problems are persistent. The service team will never discuss the service history of your car, rather just mint money by making invoices. I have spent nearly 2L on the car on these issues and yet they say the clutch is a consumable part bound to be changed every 6 months. MG Motors you need to up the game to survive in India.

      Very poor customer service, I have petrol sharp Hector. The clutch started vibrating after 15000 Km. Gave it for repair 4 times, but they were not able to fix it. I have mailed a complaint to MG.. but no use, no action is taken. I had to drive the car in the same condition.

    • Gearbox gets stuck up surprisingly

      The car seemed amazing for 1st 3 years of usage... From last major servicing done 60000 , twice the gearbox got locked in midway... Thanks to the RSA for prompt response. But I feel scared to use the car again...feel sad

      I had a wonderful experience with mg I have a cake cutting while buying a car this cake was from mg I like this car is driving and give look of King and the performance was also wonderful I have not done a single service as I haven't completed km for first service and it's prons are this car gives you the feel of King and looks are amazing and cons are nothing in my views so whoever is seeing this car grab it quickly thanks
