Mercedes-Benz E-Class Cabriolet Facelift Preview
The E-Class Cabriolet from Mercedes-Benz is purely for those who like to drive beneath the light blue sky. Drive it with an open top or keep it closed, the Cabriolet indeed comes forth as a pure charmer. Post launch, the new model is expected to be positioned between the C-Class Cabriolet and the S-Class Cabriolet. The new model will be launched with fresh features and style upgrades which will be shared with E-Class Coupe.
Under the hood, the upcoming Mercedes-Benz E-Class Cabriolet is expected to continue being powered by 3.0-litre, V6, twin-turbocharged engine from the current generation model. Mated to 7G-Tronic Plus automatic gearbox, the vehicle generates 333bhp of power and 480Nm of peak torque. It is likely that the new model might also get a variety of powertrains including a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder motor along with few diesel engine options as well. The upcoming model will be loaded will all modern safety features like multiple airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic speed restrictors and more. It is anticipated that the new model will get an AMG treatment as well, thereby indicating on a possibility of the better performing car being offered in comparison to its predecessors.
In terms of design, the new E-Class Cabriolet is expected to get a sportier stance and share its design and style cues from the E-Class Coupe. The new model might get dynamic body work, single bar grille, multi-beam headlamps and LED tail lamps. The bumpers will be revised for a fresh appeal. The sides are not expected to get major design changes except for new alloys and mildly tweaked ORVMs. The new model is expected to get a fabric roof that can open and shut faster than before.

The vehicle is also offer better occupant space than its predecessor.
The new model is expected to launch in late 2019 and it is anticipated to be priced between Rs 80 – 84 lakh.
