Buying experience was good as expected from nexa. Car has good very good low end and on tap responses are very good which makes overtaking a breeze. The car is very stable at alarming speeds of triple digits (150 km/h). Mileage is also better than most cars in its class Overall it offers good combination of mileage and performance . This car is very comfortable and absorbs anything the roads throw at it .LEDs make the car look sophisticated and provide good visibility . Diamond cut alloys also make the ciaz look upmarket and premium and the car has abundance use of chrome. Servicing is average like other car brands nothing special. Con is the body roll which comes because of suspension which is ultra soft and absorbs bumps very well but when you drive too fast while changing lanes or show it a corner in fast speed . But it chassis supports good handling and straight-line stability is rock solid . Sheet metal could also be improved at par with what vw offers. Overall summing up the car is value for money and ciaz alpha is the best buy at its price point with good amount of features and the car is much better than So called SUVs.

Buying experience was very good and performance wise it's best and build quality is low. This car satisfied me. Car is very good and on road performance and road presence is nice.

I didn't buy it . But drive 1000 kilometer and that kind of comfort I found in this car, I never had. There is a lot of comfort and features loaded car and looks is luxurious and performance is rock and low maintenance and pocket friendly service. And best in looks wise and safety . In all maruti sedan . But one thing I never wanted is pickup is not up to the mark. This is the only con in the car.

I bought this car because its longest in segment, widest in segment, highest ground clearance in segment, biggest boot in segment, most spacious inside in segment, highest mileage in segment, unique hybrid tech in segment, first car with touch screen in segment, first car with projector headlamps in segment etc.

Using the car since 2018, It is free, mile muncher on the highway, comfortable, driven it 1100 km in a day multiple times, and not tired. Return mileage of 17 to 18 in Gurgaon & Delhi roads, done 1 Lac km in the past 5 yrs. No troubles, each service costs approx 8 to 9K done at Nexa service centers, yes this car does not have ventilated seats, adas, 103 bhp engine, however, it's a full-blown Sedan which costs 5 to 6 L cheaper than the competition and is trouble-free unlike it's German or Korean competitors.

The best value for money Sedan which I drove for 33k Km's before selling to Spinny for a very nice resale price for a 3.5 years car to buy a SUV. The car never ditched me midway and tolerated all excesses like bad Gurgaon Roads etc. without a murmur. Highly recommendable as the best VFM Sedan in the market.

I have purchased VDI Optional model.. Car is good but Suzuki should work on the build quality and safety Over all mileage I have got is 18 on highway and on regular trips. Ride and comfort is good.

This is a full-value mid-range sedan with comfort and excellent mileage performance. The best part of this car is its boot space that is huge and best in this category. I have average running of 2000 km per month and its never down in its performance and mileage.
