I have Baleno Alpha ags 2024 model... Vehicle pickup is good, great mileage, good comfort and features. In city it gives 16-17 mileage and in highway it gives 23-24 mileage. vehicle is very refined engine and smooth.

Regarding the buying salespeople are giving more expectations regarding the milage and accessories, Many accessories are not delivered at the time of delivery. Comfort driving and looks and performance. I get around 15-16 km/l while driving in the city and get 20+ while driving long distances. Service I can give 3/5. Overall good experience.

After 2 weeks of drive with the new 2022 model Alpha MT, I should say I am not so satisfied with the car. I bought it from nexa Kollam showroom. I am not sure if it's with my car only. With in 2 weeks of purchase, the stereo stopped working. At the time of its 1st service told them about the issue and there has been no response the team. It's been 2 weeks now. When I called them, they told like clarion is the brand name of stereo installed in the new baleno car. I have contacted the quality manager and he said, clarion informed them that they car come and check and replace it if needed. After 2 weeks after reporting the issue they are not able to provide a timeline when clarion team will come and inspect the faulty part. He first said like they will come someday and check the issue. I got irritated and when asked again he said they will try to resolve in 3 days. I told him like if I don't get a reply from in 3 days I will escalate the issue. He simple said okay. This is the kind of service I am getting after purchase a 12 L car from nexa Kollam. Please let me know if you have faced similar issues with baleno also similar experience from nexa.

Good car with great features. Value for money product. I got 20+ mileage on highways great ride and comfort. Automatic climate control Chilled Ac works perfectly gives my ride more beautiful.

+ Good looking car , smooth & silent engine , Efficient (18- 19 avg ) , front seats are very comfy , light steering , gear box & clutch pedal , MID has almost all the details - Back seat recline angle is pathetic ( upright position makes long rides uncomfortable ) , No steering feedback & lacks drive feel ( not a drivers car ) .

It's been a month since i bought my New Baleno Alpha MT. Build quality has improved compared to the previous model & additional safety features like 360degree Camera, HUD, 6 Airbags, Hill Hold Assist, ESP & EBD. Suspension and steering feedback has also improved, Cabin noise is also less, Premium interiors and 9inch touch screen with lot of features. Excellent Customer service and also done my 1st service with 0 cost.

Driving experience is very nice if service and maintenance as per their word of mouth, then meeting our expection. Previously I had maruthi zen and desire and no bad opinions except seldom service picking guys. But with the help Suzuki app,this issue is wiped out ( as per show room guys word of mouth promise )

The driving experience is good. Good for families and first-time users. Performance is good. Currently giving a mileage of 22 kmpl. (Not related to full tank). My buying experience is not good.
