      Grand Vitara is a comfortable cabin with good Quality material. The seats are comfortable and have a decent sound. In terms of security, the grand vitara comes with front and side Airbags. Air conditioning is superb for the same.

      Best car of this segment. Lovely look from out side as well as nice interiors. Value for money car. I drove my Grand Vitara Sigma for 100 km on highway with 27.1 Km/l. I was completely surprised to see the performance. My car's first service has been done with 'zero' expanse. Loved the service of Maruti Suzuki. One bad thing i faced that in Sigma variant the back camera fitting was not proper. Over-all best buy.

    • Major issue with GPS navigation

      The issue with GPS navigation when connected to CarPlay. Route keeps fluctuating, the pointer moves in opposite direction. Cannot follow the navigation on the infotainment screen. Issue raised with team for 3+ months and still not resolved. Company doesn't even provide replacement vehicle to customer. Pathetic after sales service. Maruti cannot make a luxury segment vehicle, hence proved. On top of it, started getting sales call from hotels, hospitality companies asking if i would be interested in buying package since i have purchased a new car with all my details such as name, number, address.

    • Grand but pricy

      Car looks good & has decent features. It has the reliability factor from Maruti brand but price definitely high. I planned to purchase Alpha smart hybrid manual with panoramic sunroof but after price revealed thinking about Delta Vs Zeta. Where I feel more value for money will be definitely Delta. Maruti missed the pricing advantage as well as for smart hybrid there are no introductory offers or price discounts for pre-booked customers which is really disappointing.

      I purchased from Haldwani NEXA showroom and the experience was excellent coz the staff was very supportive. The first service was done at Kashipur, which was also good. The look of the car is cool.

      Buying experience was like a cake walk. NEXA people were awesome and were very supportive in all aspects. Just 3 months before my car was delivered. I have driven the car for few thousand kms. Till date I have not faced any issues. Look wise, it's very elegant. Interior looks are good, build quality has improved. Coming for mileage, its wow! Experience... As of now I am receiving mileage of 20km/l. Completed my 1st car service. Service support also was good...well behaved staffs..All the listed things are Pros. Cons I have is with engine power which can be improved and will stand more powerful to the competitor SUV's...

      Stylish and great performance. Smooth driving. Best in this segment. Fuel Efficiency is great compared to others in the same segment. Pricing is also better compared to others. Multiple options are also available.

      Best Variant ... Totally value for money & covers all top model features, except the nonsense sunroof. Wanted to buy the top model but changed my mind after sitting on the back side ... In the top model sunroof variant, the headroom is quite less. As my height is 6 feet so I have to sit slightly down with a bend head & neck to save my head from banging above.
