I am writing to express my concern regarding the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) process carried out by your dealer. It appears that the vehicle was delivered without a proper PDI — the tyre rims were not checked, and the air conditioning system was also not properly inspected. Despite these issues, the dealer marked the PDI as “OK,” which makes the report inaccurate and misleading. Such actions could be considered a form of consumer fraud. If no corrective action is taken against the concerned dealer, it may appear that Maruti Suzuki is indirectly supporting such practices. I have already been facing this issue for the past 46 days, and if no resolution is provided, I will be left with no choice but to take legal action through the Consumer Court and e-Desa platform. Additionally, the General Manager – Sales (Nexa) has provided incorrect information regarding the payment amount on three different occasions.
