It was best experience ever in every way in the sense of driving,comfortable etc.It is best in look, performance,mileage also good.It has best interior.It has zero maintenance and easy to service.I think to buy it in jan 2023.

Overall a good car in terms of mileage and comfort. It gives around 20kmpl in highways and around 16-17 in the city. Its seats have some noise when empty driving but not much. Overall a good car.

The reason for giving poor rating was "false commitments" by dealership. Across the dealership in Gurgaon - there is a different waiting period commitments (some says 9 months and some 2 months verbally and in writing it's 14-16 weeks .....reality is it's all about your connections in MSIL). I have booked my vehicle on March 12, 2022 for vxi cng variant. Later on April 15, 2022, MSIL launched a facelift version with cosmetics changes at higher price (increased by ~60,000), which has increased overall on road cost by 80-90,000. This facelift version was in competition of Kia Carens, whose waiting period has also increased to 1 year. Launching facelift version doesn't suffice that we are ahead of competition, to remain competitive means to deliver the product to the buyer. Company should focus on meeting the demand of safer vehicles instead of doing excess of productions of "crappy products" which are useless.

Driving experience is not that good petrol hybrid car feels underpowered compared to previous generation. People asks whether its cng or petrol. Revers gear sometimes does not slot. Looks are great i have bought splendid silver. It deserves diesel engine it requires initial good torque which is missing maruti should think of Diesel engine at least for brezza and Ertiga.
