I wasted 4 hours very first day when I went to get a car, some technical problem was there. Now after a few days at 420 km running, again I am stuck at 50 kms away from my place with starting problem. Very unrealistic from Mahindra that's too it's my first car. They sent back car after 3 days, and on every second day the same issue and ev lead of the West zone said I will send a technician tomorrow.

Range only 200kms giving sw issue cant start car once issue came Very poor roadside assistance sent RSA after 14 hrs in a city like Pune The problem was not solved after that and was sent to higher management but they were also not helpful better to go for Toyota or Hyundai or tata because waste of money on EV PLS do buy THIS CAR I BOUGHT it for 20 lakhs they deducted the price to 18 lakhs.

Don't buy this electric dabba. fake range marketing. when we have a 100% charge, the range shows 308km and get 225km without AC...please don't buy...if you want to buy please check and review.

Defective cars, don't buy them. Break down within 1 month of use. Once the service center is called they give different people's numbers and then there will be various verification calls and the issue will not be resolved

With AC on and smooth driving in L mode only 200 km is coming as the worst range, in fun mode range is around 150km. Also frequently the fan is getting on even though the vehicle is in OFF condition. I suggest not to go for this vehicle..... Genuine user review. Don't go for this vehicle.

It was the worst experience, everything started with lies about range, charging time, stations ..etc..they never shared any existing customer numbers to get feedback back. Pressurized to go for booking by scaring extra road tax and price hike. Forced to early registration on 30/12/2023 just because I insisted on Pdi. For the city ride it was ok, I had the worst lifetime experience when I went for the outstation. On the highway from Bangalore to Kurnool. Charging took hell lot of time, 70 percent of it took 1.40 mins. Then door locking issue was there, my wife had caught the handle all the way to my home as it was not closing. The range drops 2-3 km for every single kilometre. This was the case while driving without AC, in lively mode, at 40 to 50 km speed. I was scared about when this would stop and when I call for toeing. finally found a shell charging station in Chick Ballapur and breathed relief. This car does not deliver even 1/3 of the published range. Waste of money. Trying to sell it after driving for 1300 km.

I purchased this car on 23 August 2023 and it's the worst decision of, my life please don't buy this car if you buy you will suffer and regret the whole of your life like me. I can tell you 50 reasons why not to buy this car.

The buying experience was great, courteous staff, polite service and amazing support on financing. I loved the entire driving experience, the car was light on the foot and drives with one foot only. Coming from a Manual that is a simply amazing experience and I simply loved it. The exterior is done really well and lights up my garage. I plan to use it as my personal vehicle.
