Exterior Good exteriors.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Spacious and comfortable

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Smooth drive and gives 21 kmpl consistently

Ride Quality & Handling Smooth ride, no complaints about the vehicle performance.

Final Words As a product, the vehicle is very good. I am satisfied 100% with the performance of the vehicle. But the after sales service is really pathetic. Especially in AML Ranigunj, Secunderabad, AP. 

Areas of improvement Please improve on the after sales service. Buyers, check with the service centers before buying the product, otherwise, you will be struck with the car. The car performance is good and to the mark, as the manufacturer has promised, but the service should improve. 

Some suggestions:

1. Check with the service centers before buying the vehicle. 

2. Talk to the managers of the service centers before giving the vehicle for service.

3. Check and double check for the prices of all the items which the service centers quotes for parts and services. Especially, in the AML motors Ranigunj, Secunderabad, AP. Just for interior cleaning, I was charged Rs. 2250.00 and nothing has been done inside the car.

Exterior Looks are subjective but model launched in late 2012 is great looking.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Plenty of space inside. broad seats, 5 people can sit with ease. It comes with some features which are not even available in luxary cars, like seatbelt height adjuster, coat hanger, speed sensing door locks.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Though I wish engine power should be more sometimes but low end torque delivery is amazing. Surprisngly turbo kicks in at 1100 RPM and there is no turbo lag. Engine is frugal and silent till 100 KMPH.

FE - City - 19 KMPL, Highway 25 KMPL.

Ride Quality & Handling Handling is amazing. It comes with Hydraulic steering which makes it little difficult to manuevour in city but on highway it's boon. The only pathetic things was brakes in panick situation. mine was non ABS version and and in panick braking situation, car would start skidding.

Final Words I drove this car for 93000 KMs in 4 years and believe me there was no rattling noise even after so much usage. The clutch was feather light even at 93000 KMs. It used to give me 25 KMPL if driven sanely (< 100 KMPH)

Mahindra customer support and service centres were always very helpful in entire ownership period.

Areas of improvement Please make spare parts available at service centre. Generally buyer need to struggle and wait for availability of spare parts.
