    Mahindra & Mahindra, today announced its vehicle sales numbers for August , which stood at 35,175 units. The total passenger vehicles sold were 14,140, in August 2014, as compared to 15,812 units during the same period last year. The passenger vehicle sale is down by about 11.8 per cent, whereas the overall sales (which includes commercial vehicles) is down by 7.7 per cent.

    Mahindra & Mahindra have sold 42104 units in May 2013 as compared to 39938 units in May 2012. The company’s total sales stood at 43460 units during May 2013, as against 43989 units during May 2012. The passenger vehicle segment (which includes the UVs and Verito) registered a growth of 5 per cent, having sold 22244 units in May 2013 as against 21154 units during May 2012. Exports for the month of May 2013 stood at 1356 units.
