    • Pathetic exp of SCORPION just 10 days after buying

      I bought scorpioN in Chennai on June, 2024. 10 days after buying the car when i tried to open the door via remote key which was not working. AC , Reverse camera, Reverse parking sensor, Window , Indicator, Headlight all stopped working all of sudden. Took the car to the service centre, with everything not working. Service chief was taking in rude way. they are not able to identify the issue still 4 days of issue. Have escalated this issue at all level, very poor response. They Lack technical knowledge about this issue, No idea about the root cause. Just drove 300KMs. Could not sleep for last few days after making such a wrong decision. Service centre testing the car driving 40KM without even my permission.

      ScorpioN offers a good package overall in terms of VFM, they could've added 360°camera as well, at least for 4WD versions. It drives like a pro, power-packed yet smooth. Decent after-sales.

      The Interior is awesome and driving on the expressway is fantastic. Looks are also too good. If you guys are looking for a complete family car then I suggest definitely you go through it.

    • Bad Experience with Scorpio N

      Got the delivery of the vehicle in January 2024, have driven only 7200 kms in the last 100 days, yesterday in the middle of the road, the clutch collapsed and didn't return. Spoke to RSA, it took 2 hours for the Towing truck to reach on the location. The taxi to drop me home (promised by RSA) never came to pick me Horrible experience. Can never imagine, a Brand New Mahindra Scorpio N can give this kind of trouble. The quality of the vehicle has been greatly compromised to save the cost.

    • Check Mileage before making a buying decision

      The buying experience was not so good as the Dealer chose NOT to give Floor Mats, which as per me is the bare minimum any car dealer gives as compliments. The Dealer stated that the Mileage would improve after the first service. however, unfortunately, it worsened from 9.2 KM/Ltr to about 8 KM/Ltr. The complaint raised to Mahindra Customer Service has not been answered even after 3 months of follow-up.

      Excellent in all terms. Excellent power. Comfortable for long drives. The steering wheel is also very smooth. The sunroof is very nice. Very nice I'm fully satisfied. This is the perfect family car for me.
