      I’m extremely disappointed with Kia’s customer service. The lack of communication, long delays, and poor handling of warranty claims show a clear disregard for customers after the sale is made. It’s frustrating to spend lakhs on a car and then be left chasing updates, fighting for basic service, or being ignored completely. Kia seriously needs to improve its after-sales support — this kind of treatment is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the brand.

      The Kia Sonet HTE 1.2L is an excellent entry-point, primarily bought for its bold, attractive SUV styling and solid build quality, delivering strong value for money. The 1.2L naturally aspirated petrol engine is highly refined and fuel-efficient, making it perfect for smooth city commuting. However, with only 83 PS, it feels underpowered on highways or steep inclines, requiring frequent downshifts. The HTE trim is basic lacking a music system, steering controls, rear power, windows and but its maintenance costs are low due to the engine's simplicity. While the ride can be slightly stiff, overall service is professional, making it a reliable, stylish and economical choice, only compromise on highway performance and premium features.
