      Worth buying. A little bit underpowered in the hills but on the highway it's like nothing. One should go for it if you are from a plain areas. Also for the middle-class family, if you are planning to buy an SUV then buying it will not disappoint you as the features they are providing like a sunroof, voice command, & last but not the least is music system it's like into totally different world.... love my car... awesome experience till now fingers crossed.....

    • Worst and lower quality parts are used by company in this model

      I purchased this car just 20 days ago. Within 500 km drive, its clutch started vibrating. On inspection, it was found that the pressure plate and bearing are damaged. The service centre said I need to pay for it. No support from the showroom, also.

      The body is very light, a small mango falling from 10 10-foot height will make a dent in the car, and mileage is only 15 kmpl, need to change the gear on a slightly inclined road, comfort is good.

      I want to warn anyone planning to buy a Kia vehicle — please think twice. My own experience has shown that Kia’s after-sales support is nowhere near what they promise. Even with a clear mechanical issue like the reverse gear not engaging, Kia’s authorised service centre kept denying the problem instead of fixing it. They were not ready to provide a written “No Fault Found” letter either, which clearly shows a lack of accountability. If this is how Kia treats customers while the car is still under warranty, future buyers should be prepared for major frustration. Before choosing Kia, potential customers should understand that the brand’s after-sales service may not support you when you face genuine issues — and that reality is far from the so-called “premium experience” advertised in the market.
