Quality of driving is the best compared to any other car from this segment, even though it is a bit expensive everything about this car is good. The con is that rear view is a bit constrained and clustered

I bought 1.5 D AT Gtx plus in red color on 2nd June 2022. Before buying I had booked Nexon diesel AMT. Was not even considering Sonet. Then one week after booking I went with my friend to test drive sonet as he was looking to book diesel AT. As soon as I took the test drive, I knew that I have to get this over Nexon. AMT is no match for AT. I booked the car on spot by paying 25k and cancelled the booking for Nexon on the same day. Since the time I have got the delivery, the car has been driven for 1400 kms. It's a breeze to drive this car. You sit higher up. And feel best in the cabin. The paddle shifters excite you in the beginning but after a while you forget about them. It's the drive mode switch which you will be pushing more often. In sports mode it becomes a beast. I am very happy with my purchase.

I wanted to go for gearless compact SUV, had the option of XUV300, Nexon, Venue, Sonet. But AMT - NO, Venue - poor design especially the rear. Then the best impression of driving Sony 7DCT! Booked without a second thought.. Then came supply chain issues, semiconductor shortage, etc really tested the patience and finally got the car delivered after 9months! :) But still feel it's worth waiting! Pros- Great looks, amazing features, city drives made easy, smooth driving, easy to handle. Cons- rear leg space.

Great pickup, good mileage, spacious, comfortable, enough and more ground clearance, tireless long distance ride, cool city driving, good audio, enough boot space.....what more is needed!! No wonder why it is high on demand and long waiting time, but trust me it is worth the wait. KiA Sonet Diesel AT - go for it!!

The car Really looks good and Muscular but when it comes to Build Quality there is a lost of Plastic it is made of and the quality is not that great but With the features you are getting with this HTK Plus IMT Turbo 1.0 it's worth its price, futuristic the car will never get old even it gets a facelift to me i got a mileage of 10 Km/l in cities and 19 Km/l in highway. If you are not concerned about too much of Build quality then Sonet will be a perfect car for you

Bought the car in 2020 during the initial month of launch. Loved the car's performance and look. The mileage is around 20-23 Km in NH and city mileage is around 17-19 Km that too depends upon the driving style.

It was a great buying experience with SVM cars. The sales team was very friendly. The waiting period was high, so I had to switch from Kia Sonet HTK+ to Kia Sonet HTX as it was available. Looks, fit and finish are way better than other available options. Performance was great, driven 700km so far, and haven't seen any lag or discomfort. The suspension is stiff but doesn't make any wobble during high speeds. Overall very much satisfied.

It is a muscle car. For drivers who thrive on power and speed, Sonet is a stunner for the Indian cars and roads. Another way to see it could be as a cross breed of a Mustang / Dodge and Audi/ BMW combo. The exteriors, grills, design. and engine power based on the American concept and the interiors , automation and safety based out of a European concept. When someone like Karim Habib is heading the company, you can not expect anything lesser than the best .

The Kia Sonet is one of the most stylish and well rounded compact SUVs among a slew of compact SUVs available in the market right now. After experiencing every other compact SUV in the market, the Kia Sonet was the one which struck my heart the most. It's fun and frugal engine with smooth 6-speed torque converter AT gearbox sealed the deal for me. The only diesel AT with a proper 'auto'box in the segment, the Kia Sonet is definitely a value for money proposition especially in its diesel AT form. I initially booked the Kia Sonet on the first of July 2022 from Incheon Kia dealership in Thrissur and the booking was made for the 7-speed Turbo DCT HTX variant of the car. The test drive had gone well and I booked it without any further thoughts, but over the next few days I began to hear excellent reviews of the Seltos and Creta's diesel engine and thought why not go for the diesel in the Sonet, so I immediately asked for the test drive from the dealership and the same was arranged within the next day. The test drive changed my option about diesels altogether. The car was so silent with hardly any vibrations unlike the diesels of old and the torque and smooth AT gearbox of the car made me switch from petrol to diesel. Moreover Knowing that the engine and gearbox is the same as the one on the Seltos and Creta made me feel that it was definitely the better choice, So the booking was revised and a tentative waiting period of 3 to 4 months was given to me and the wait began. It was on 12th October when I finally got a call from my sales executive that the car had completed production and was ready for dispatch. On 17th October, the vehicle arrived at the dealership, we immediately went for the PDI and funds were transferred for the car as well after the PDI. The car was ready for delivery on 25th October 2022 but since it wasn't the best day for delivery due to a solar eclipse on that day, we went for delivery on 26th October. The dealership organized a delivery ceremony and cake cutting as well, they even had a present for us at the event too. The joy of driving the car out of the dealership was out of this world. Moving on to the car itself, our car is a Black HTX Diesel AT which I feel is the most value for money diesel automatic you could get in the segment. The features on the HTX variant are just a notch below that of the GTX+ variant. The car is definitely feature packed for the price with an 8 inch touchscreen with reverse camera and wireless Android auto, semi leatherette seats, sunroof, rear AC vents, all requisite safety features like ABS,EBD, Hill Assist, VSM, Traction control modes, drive modes, 4 airbags etc. The car is reasonably spacious and has a large 392 litre boot as well. On the exterior, led headlamps,. Tail lamps, DRLs, fog lamps, diamond cut alloys and shark fin antenna all add to the flair of the car. Moving forward to the drive over the past two weeks, it is definitely super smooth and mileage over the past two weeks has been great too. The features on offer, fit, finish and quality levels are exemplary as well. I am absolutely satisfied with the car and would recommend anyone looking for an automatic compact SUV to try out this vehicle. You would definitely be impressed. It's definitely a mini-Seltos in every way and an excellent value for money proposition at the same time. No wonder it's selling like hot cakes and why Kia has been a hit in the market in such a short time.
