Kia Carens [2022-2023] User Reviews

I was initially impressed with the car and so decided to visit the showroom, where I had a bad experience. The salesman assigned didn't really show any interest. He did not explain all the details of the variant that I was looking to buy. Also the variant was not there on display. Without seeking the car physically or getting information about it, I couldn't get a feel of what I was going in for. A test drive was not offered. So now I have decided to change my pfrereence of the car brand and manufacturer and go in for a car where all I formation and a test drive is available, and the I can take an informed decision.

1. Kia has attempted to give the Carens a rugged look by giving it plastic cladding on the sides and roof-rails. However, it still looks like an MPV with the long rear door and smaller wheels. What will surprise many is that the Carens is 40mm longer than the Alcazar at 4540 mm and has a 20 mm longer wheelbase at 2780 mm. The wheelbase is 20mm longer than the Innova crysta. 2. I took a test drive of Kia Carens' top modal D1.5 today. I must say it is quite different experience than XL6. Pros: 1. Better look and features. XL6 is MPV but Kia give you feel of MPV + SUV mix. 2. Seats are more cushiony and ingress to 3rd row is amazing due to one click tumble in 2nd row. 3. Build quality also looks better than seltos and even with XL 6. Doors, Bonett felt heavier. 4. Less body roll than XL6 and handling on speed breakers was good. 5. Quite a big cabin 6. six airbags Cons: 1. Rear view was not so impressive also back chrome finish is only available in top model, without which it will not look better. 2. Seat were comfortable but ergonomic in position, especially the driver seat center hand rest is not slidable which means people like me with less height will find it difficult. Though, and manual adjustment outside of the market should work. 3. Since its window are wide, sun shades are not slidable  The distance between the central arm rest and gear was quite big. 5. Stability is not good. AT model gear shift is easily noticeable  The Center seat of the middle row in the seven-seater variant is not quite usable for adults as it is slightly bubbled. Though I am able to count above cons, I have booked Carens today due to other several advantages.

Really good vehicle and space is the best in the segment. If you have a budget upto 11 lakh then you can prefer Carens over any other vehicles (10 robust safety features and really good space along with new exterior design). We can install Infotainment system along with reverse camera and central locking from the decors and then the vehicle is complete package.

The trail ride was awesome, space is a very attractive part of this car compared to other similar models. The engine is smooth in running, only the mileage need to be improved. Good color options, Overall was a good experience. The delivery lead time to be compressed by increased production Capacities.

Kia dealership experience is horrible. I requested the test drive since last 7 days but sales person not arranged the same. Sales representative is not polite to understand & resolve queries asked. The attitude from dealership seems to be not to show interest in customers. Looking at this experience i have decided to leave kia & to go with maruti.

Value for money car just having too much waiting having good features from even base model anyone who wants to buy MUV can go with this option and he will never feel bad experience.
