1. Worst buying experience due to SKM -KIA Trichy. 2. Have a nice driving experience for the first 1 year. Having nightmares after 1 year due to frequent engine malfunctioning 3. The look is OK, space and comfort are excellent. 4. Worst Service experience. They would use your car to learn servicing. 5. If you meet with any small to medium accidents, you need to leave your car for 2 months at the service center - (this is the common problem across India for Kia) My simple suggestion is DON'T BUY KIA. Maybe for the first 1 year, you would enjoy it. But not afterward.

Kia India shows no regard for its customers and operates merely as a puppet of dealers who engage in malpractice. The customer complaint was completely ignored, with neither a response nor a resolution.

The vehicle is stylish

The vehicle is stylish and comfortable in its segment. I purchased it from Inchion Kia. From Thrissur showroom. The driving experience is great. But servicing and quality of parts is a nightmare. Even though they kept taking feedback on services. Once I had a bad experience, everything turned upside down. Now no positive response at all. The issue was with the tires. All four of them are making trouble, one by one. The first one had an issue in the first week and the sensor was lost. Then within four months, two tyres burst. And the other one punctured three times. Now the vehicle is in the garage. Not confident to drive.

Don't buy carens

I bought Kia Carens in March 2023 Petrol @ 23 lacs. Every day there is one or another problem i.e., the door not opening, the air purifier not working, the window glass not closing, etc. Today while talking on the phone with one person, it showed a conference call. I bought this vehicle with precision in mind. Now after 18 months, I feel, this company should be punished.

Kia is the best car in this segment. Value for money, Good fuel average, my Kia carnes diesel average 22 + good space interior. Good, but only one problem headlight, Light is not good.

The most feature-loaded+reliable with no maintenance

It is the best car ever driven in my life. So smooth clutch and brake are so powerful. Full rexine seats look like a luxury car, and I recommend buying it over Ertiga, XL6, or any other car. I think this is a better value for money than Caren's clavis, as it is better and cheaper for family use. Best 7 seater.

Good experience to drive and best comport. There is a missing alloy wheel in this gravity model. Real 7 seater for family usage. Good mileage at highway near 20 to 21 km/l at display. If you are not a city rider then mileage will be worth it.

The dealer experience was great. The driving experience is nice . Road presence is good. con is mileage. A service centre is in nearly every city. Did not get any discount or offer from the Kia dealership, which was disheartening.
