    • Multiple technical Issues, Buyers experience.

      The Delivery Experience From Landmark Jeep was pathetic, the car was delivered in an uncleaned state, Followed by too many technical issues back to back such as headlight sensors, airbag sensors, speaker malfunction, audio system malfunction, headlight malfunction, Carpet shredded, emission indicator and tailgate malfunction. I have written multiple emails to Jeep India, with no response from them despite 18 car visits to Landmark service centre and service executive inspections. Finally after multiple visits to the service centre the car has eventually stopped showing any further malfunction except carpet issue which cannot be resolved. Overall the experience of the car so far has not been great, please consider this serious buyer review before buying the product.

    • Never purchase a Jeep car … it will make you crying…

      My Jeep Meridian car( registration no HR29AZ0497)is still under warranty and sent at Jeep Okhla workshop at least 10 times to solve the defect of the screen and start. This car stops in the middle of road and then towed to workshop. Now I am planning to make a complaint in national consumer Forum against Jeep India and Landmark lifestyle cars who sold me this car.

    • Before buying take a test drive

      Facing rainwater leakage issue in the boot space. We visited in December 2022 now in that rainy season we found heavy leakage in the boot space corner area. Very bad experience. Everybody should check their car leakages because it is in our backside area hence cannot notice if you do not look carefully. Our Kolhapur dealer & JEEP company are aware of this issue but instead of taking back the vehicle to the company they sell it.

    • A Very Disappointing experience with Jeep Meridian...!!

      The average of the Car was just 4 - 5 km/l against the local dealers (Concept MotorCar Pvt. Ltd.) commitment of 11 - 12 km/l. The front tyres of the Vehicle got worn out after running for just 1000 kms along with issues in the Suspensor as well. The vehicle was purchased recently in August, 2022 and the experience was totally disappointing. After repeated complaints to the dealer and Jeep India, the Dealer was just carrying out repair works in the Vehicle and the Company is least concerned about its Customers' issues. Overall a Faulty vehicle.... Jeep India is selling faulty vehicles in the cost of a brand new Car...!!!

      Buying experience was bad as the dealer didn't do a good job in explaining all the features well. The car had quite a lot of scratches external and internal. The plates were fixed in a haphazard manner and is not aligned

      Jeep performance is unmatchable. Engine is quite refined and build quality is awesome. Whole body of Jeep cars are quite heavy. Cabin noise is almost Zero. Extremely comfortable sitting and driving experience.The spare parts and service costs are too expensive like BMW, Mercedes benz and Audi.But services of Jeep service center are like Maruti, Tata and Mahindra.

      Never buy any Jeep product that is not fit for Indian customers, lacks service, stud down dealers, is extremely high maintenance, and has the worst real value. I'm already an existing user. Good to drive is the only reason, go for XUV 700, mg, best will Toyota, Tata you regret and suffer after 2 years of this JEEP, thankyou

    • Paint issues in new Jeep Meridian

      The vehicle drives well, but had couple of issues post delivery The left side mirror had some electrical issues next day of delivery The vehicle also has a lot of paint dust on D pillar and the roof Quality of paint needs to be improved.

      Jeep Build quality is good, drive quality is smooth, safety strong. Road presence is great, mileage is good, cost to maintain is high compared to Mahindra and Toyota. But after all no value for money. Buying and maintaining is high cost. No resale value at all. Less service centre. Spare parts are not available aftermarket. Maintaining costs is worry worry-making thing, Jeep needs to reduce costs.
