Worst Experience Ever With Hyundai – Completely Lost Trust in the Brand. I am Dr Aliver Justin, owner of a Hyundai Venue Diesel (TN-75-AV-5005), and I am utterly shocked by the horrible treatment I have received from both Derik Hyundai (Marthandam) and Popular Hyundai (Karamana). My car is just 3 years old with 83,000 km, and I first reported engine vibration and knocking 4 months before the warranty expiry. Instead of diagnosing the issue, Derik Hyundai simply replaced a hose and told me to “check during next service.” Conveniently for them, the warranty expired during this period. During the next service, they changed filters, charged heavily, and still failed to identify the issue. Popular Hyundai then kept my car for 5 days and casually told me the vehicle needed all injectors replaced and an engine. When I got the car back, the issue worsened drastically. I returned the vehicle to Derik Hyundai on 16th October 2025, and since then—for over 1 month and 2 weeks—there has been almost ZERO communication. Many of my calls were ignored. Only two engine photos were randomly sent in a group. The last update I received was that they “need to dismantle the engine” to even find the issue. Hyundai has given me no loaner car, no clarity, no responsibility, and no respect. Due to this, I am spending ₹500 every day for my kids’ school travel and risking my life by using a bike in the rain to go to my hospital duty. I even fell down once due to this. Hyundai claims to be a trusted brand, but this experience has caused me mental stress, financial burden, and total disappointment. I will never recommend Hyundai again. This is the worst customer service I have ever faced.

New New Hyundai Venue is really a fantastic car to have in terms of premium ownership experience with decent after sales service . Starting with the engine performance of vehicle is outside with 1.0 TGDI especially in manual transmission with nice to drive and very engaging, but I would suggest while purchasing venue during its service intervals use fully synthetic engine oil shell helix ultra 0w30 api sp optional product by hyundai little expensive but most best engine oil for turbo engine for high Revving and cold starts rather than regular servo engine oil 0w20 api sn plus is just Ok average performance it gives ideal if you change engine oil at 7500kms , overall engine feels powerful and very refined even with 3cylinder engine there's almost no turbo lag otherwise other engines like Kylaq and 3xo tgdi have significant turbo lag and I would suggest using 95 octane premium fuel enhances it's fuel efficiency and performance. 6 speed manual transmission is very sleek and very joy to drive extremely smooth and satisfying slotting . Driving dynamics were decent but suspension is a little soft in the new one but still feels decently stable on highway and corners but steering feedback and braking is extremely good and nice one of the best. So on long trips it feels very comfortable both for driver and passengers because of soft suspension and overall interior feels very airy and comfortable with dual tone theme and seats are well-cushioned holds really very well and rear seats with 2 step reclining give seat comfort like a sedan Boot space of 375 litre feels decent for carrying luggage and suitable for longer trips its decently wide and has good space From safety point of view standard 6 airbags and enhanced reinforced New k1 platform makes it exceptionally safe as seen in kia syros crash test scored 5 stars so same goes with the venue it is safe and has tons of safety features including ADAS level 2 makes very convincing on Highways but not in cities it may scare sometimes needs to turn off overall exterior looks are very nice it clearly stands out and feels presentable, futuristic but still looks very nice very sporty And it's new smart keys with signature Hyundai shell in Matte finish seriously feels extremely upmarket and even more premium than entry level luxury cars . Bose surround sound system seriously feels very soothing to listen and has an exceptional quality of music it offers with different tuning according to your listening. Overall New venue is very reliable very safe and very premium and after sales service experience will be good Highly recommend for someone who's searching a car under 10 to 15 lakhs and this time it seems more premium than its own manufacturer model like creta

Its a nice car if u love an upgraded version of i20.its a perfect choice for indian roads..... And yeah power is a hell of power .... If u love being between a ship and a boat.. This is your budget friendly car.. Only if u maintain it correctly

Smooth to drive. Provides body coloured ORVM and door handle in base variant. The engine is smooth. Three head rests might have been provided. Transmission and suspension is flawless. A good choice for long drive.
