The price is similar to the European market. Usually the Europian price is cheaper than the price in India. I think it's a decent price for such a premium car even though its a hatchback. But the new model is wider and longer than the previous one. People who care about safety and quality will only buy the top trims. Indians are not used to spend more than a million INR for hatchback as companies haven't brought premium level hatchback to India such as golf, focus etc.
