I bought an I20 sports MT in Oct 2022 - Starry Night Color. 2 services were completed. The service experience was good. Pros: 1) Looks. 2) Design. 3) Interior space. 4) Service. 5) Mileage is ok. not bad. Cons: Only 1 negative review 1) Paint quality in exteriors - Got minor scratches in all parts of the car. Don't know how it happened. Very low-quality paint. Definitely, Hyundai should improve that. 3 to 4 paint coating required. Easy dust absorbed in the car. New i20 reviewThe buying experience is good and I got my car in a week. The driving experience is so smooth and does not feel like shifting lags as we feel in AMT. Previously, I was confused between i20, altroz, and baleno. Altroz has DCA which is too good in the same price range but there is some cabin noise because of the 3-cylinder engine and the rare seat comfort was not too good. Baleno comes with AMT only and we can feel the gear shifting lags and the interior is not too good. Therefore, I finalized i20 as my first self-owned car and I am happy with my decision. I chose red color because it looks sporty in that color. Milage is too low which can be improved.
