Dear Hyundai i20 owners if you wish to purchase i20 then request you to wait for at least 6-8 months, the company will come out with offers, we can also get together and submit our request by writing to Hyundai directly or through carwale to reduce the cost. I know there are lot of i20 lovers who are not buying the car because of the high price and are looking for alternatives. therefore let us all come together.

Diesel engine prices are very high. In this price we will buy SUV cars with hight and good riding comports. Big price small car.. Company may think to reduce price little bit is good for the vehicle. Indians are very brilliant and before spending huge amount of money. Front view is not seems to be too catchy and head turner. All other things are very good.

Ugliest rear looks. Previous i20 is far better looking model. Definitely Hyundai done a foolish decision for introducing new i20. I love the interior design of the car, but rear profile is ugly. By the i20 s new design philosophy it gone decrease its sale definitely. So try to improve rear design looks. Front profile is pretty much good.

I have purchased the car on 28th Jan-21 and ran 4,000 Km and experienced extremely poor mileage of 11.5 km/l and some major assembly issues like break failure, engine acceleration, internal noise, OVRM issues, which the service team claims to be resolved . The poor mileage of 11.5 is sucking my blood and seriously thinking of selling of the car.

Okay, I cannot deny that this is a good car. Comes packed with a ton of features, has a strong, powerful engine, and the build quality, plastics and metal on the inside and the outside, all feel solid and premium. However, all those qualities are not new in a car. Certainly not unique. And that is where things start to go down for this car. First of all. The looks. Now I understand that Hyundai wants to make it look different and unique from the outgoing model. But they went a bit too far with the styling. The rear is so excessively styled that suddenly, that extra styling doesn't make the car look any good. You get an impression, that if a man who styled this car was given a job to style Angelina Jolie would go like "yeah, those are lovely eyes, so I give her six of those, and fourteen noses, and 23 lips." It wouldn't had worked, would it ? So, the charm and the presence that the outgoing model had, is just lost with this new model. The old model made you look and feel special on the road. This one is certainly going to make you look like an idiot. And while we could ignore the looks factor for once (because those preferences varies from person to person), what you cannot ignore however, is the price you pay to get your hands on one of these things. In Delhi, the on-road prices starts from 7.75L. Yes. That is what you pay for the BASE model. Guess what, if I am an enthusiast and I want the top model (dual tone) of the manual, Diesel variant, I pay 12.83L! And being a Hyundai, the i20 is not going to be something that an enthusiast enjoys, because Hyundai cars are less about driving enthusiasm and more about driving comfort. Even if you're not an enthusiast, and you want to drive in comfort, why not buy the Hyundai Venue which literally costs you almost the same but is a LOT more of a car than the i20 is for that price? And if you want a premium hatchback, the i10 NIOS is still a fantastic buy and would cost you WAY lesser, and looks much more attractive. You could consider other brands too, like Tata (for comfort and feature-oriented cars), or Ford (for enthusiasm and performance-oriented cars). So, to sum it up, the new i20 is a missed opportunity for Hyundai. One could ignore the looks and even features for that matter if it was sensibly priced in such a competitive market.

After driving 5000 kms I met with an personal major accident on Highway with my Hyundai i20.With 3 people on board and about speed of 85 km/hr on cruise control my car crashed straight on to a truck. After crash the car was majorly damaged with all engine parts, doors, sunroof, lights shattered on road. Inspite of such a horrible crash glad to review today that none of us in car got a single scratch on body. All the six airbags of car opened upon crash saving our lives. The doors got automatically unlocked upon crash putting hazard lights and horn on buzz. The SOS system of bluelink automatically called nearby hospital and ambulance came to save us.The Air conditioner automatically turned on to clear the airbag gas of car upon crash.Safety systems are just mind blowing of Hyundai i20 seriously in love with Hyunda.Saying about mileage, meter goes right upto 29 kmpl on Highway with 2 people on board and cruise speed of 65-70 km/hr for diesel 1.5 MT.Performance is just through the air.The torque just gushes out whenever you press that hot pedal getting you required acceleration.Comfort is at peak level. The noise cancellation of outside road is best than any other car on this segment.Just go for it blindly especially if safety is the concern.I have reviewed this on personal crash experience.

The all-new i20 looks good, that's okay. But spending 13 lakhs on a hatchback is something we call foolishness. There is no point of launching a hatchback at such a skyscraping price. This car is highly overpriced. Could have bought it, of prices would have been lesser. Now planning to buy venue S(petrol).

At 13.5+ lakhs on road here in Bangalore for a diesel manual top Asta model, it absolutely makes no sense Tell me why I should not opt for altroz as a hatchback buyer when I'm getting it for just 10.7Lakhs on road again the same city! No doubt car has good features looks are great too. But for someone who wants to buy a hatchback that price tag is too much of a burden to bear ! Hyundai got everything right except the pricing. It's so sad I was excited and looking forward for i20 At 14lakhs I would rather invest some more money and buy a decent Mid-level SUV including their own Venue. Shame Hyundai had to spoil it for i20 enthusiasts

The car looks front is good & rear is childish. After seeing the safety rating of i10 nios, I have my doubts whether this car can get a good rating, with the price they are demanding the rating should not be less than 5 stars !!! Otherwise, the customer who buys this will feel like fools as the customer who felt cheated when i10 nios safety rating was 2 star with the type of price they have to pay.... The same price they could have bought Altroz, Freestyle or Polo who are way ahead in safety ratings. It could be better than Hyundai test or declare the safety rating of this car There should be a trust factor. I had plans to buy this car this November 2020 but after the test result of i10 Nios, I am reluctant to buy this i20 unless the safety rating is done... Now I am thinking of Altroz / Freestyle and even the tank VW polo is a better option instead. Hyundai should test & declare the safety ratings, then only they maintain the Trust because the new generations of young customers know about international safety norms, TATA had tested & declared 5 star for Altroz before launching the product!!!

Super expensive car, on-road was 11.80 lacs for a hatchback! Quality of materials seem good for now but in the long run may not last long! Mileage is terrible! Getting 10 in the city! Safety is good no doubt! Pricing on the higher side. Regret buying this car. Better to go ahead with sedan or SUV for this price. Not as spacious as expected. Service will be costly because lot of new features are there.
