Great car with great comfort. Loved it. I thought of going for Venue but when I compared legroom of both I decided to go with it and I believe it's the best decision I took. Very satisfied with the mileage as well. Driven this car from Hyderabad to bangalore and amazingly it gave a mileage of 21km/l. I fully recommend this car. Thanks to Hyundai.

When I bought i20 in 2019, I thought I have miscalculated my search and decision for sticking to Hyundai, since I had the Hyundai Santro (classic) as well. For the first couple of services, the car looked average, in performance, but the more miles I drew and more services the car underwent, the more better it's performance became. The car is very good looking in its segment and performs well as far as it's mileage and comfort level is concerned.

After considering a lot of options, I finally settled on i20, as it provided all the required features, space, comfort and smoothness I needed after running a diesel engine for 10 years. It delivers on most of the areas. The looks are polarizing and I did prefer earlier models of the car. But, it is not a deal breaker. The interiors of the car, more than make up for exterior quirks. Now, what I liked in the car: 1. The smooth and quite engine. 2. Light clutch, accelerator, smooth gearshift and a wonderful steering 3. Electronics are top notch from the ORVMs, AC, Infotainment, MID, highline tire pressure monitor, steering controls etc. 4. Interior and boot space is sufficient for a small family like mine. 5. Cruise control works really well and this is why I went for this model. What could have been better: 1. The welcome function is quite whimsical and doesn't always work 2. Driver seat although adjustable, still is quite awkward and you either feel perched too high or stuck in a pit. Comfort is Ok though. 3. Android Auto is not full screen and hangs. might be more to do with Android rather than Hyundai. What I don't like at all: 1. It feels underpowered specially when fully loaded and you go over speed bumps and inclines. Diesel option was prohibitively expensive 2. Very low mileage - I mostly drive on Highways or completely empty roads with extremely light foot. I got 13.5 km/l mileage so far in 300 km driven. I wonder what will happen if I drive in a more spirited fashion.

Hyundai try to keep this car on top , however you can see with in 2-3 months its factual position come in market . This car is 2-3 Lac over priced in top variant. As basic variant have less then Alto features. In this only IMT is good , so company charging for that 2-3 Lac more .

Pre-booking has been done two months ago but the dealer has not confirmed the booking stating that there is a production issue and the company is not accepting the booking. I had registered complaint also in the last week of December but still, no positive reply has been received from the company. Don't know when they will confirm dates and actually deliver the vehicle.

Outside body is not very strong, even small hit will make lots of dents to your car, the steel or metal which is used to make doors are very thin, you can feel by giving pressure from your hand.

I am using i20 since 9 years, best car best and good car with good mileage and low maintenance, best performance of engine with great music system, build, suspension, comfortable with driving.

I have bought a new i20 on 15th Jan 2023 I have some incident happened to me while I was driving the car which I would like to present to you and seek your advice. I hit the brakes suddenly but the brakes did not engage and collided with the car in front because the speed was very slow and there was no damage.
