Bad mileage, poor features.The vehicle is sturdy but misses features provided in this segment. No 360-degree camera and the company does not permit external installation by voiding the warranty. The AC buttons are also touch so you have to operate them while looking at the panel. Physical buttons are given by top-end vehicles too for safety. Regular sensor issues. Mileage issueDrive around 3000 km first service done, mileage in the city is 8 and on highway with 110-120 speed is 13 which is highly disappointing. Car gives 18 mileage on a speed of 80-90 above 100 km. The engine makes some random noise which is not in other SUV like Creta,seltos, or Grand Vitara. Drive experience is good. Taigun low mileage inefficient ACIn traffic or even in highways it gives a mileage of 6 to 11 Kms per liter. Driving comfort is nothing great, Just average as the suspension is hard and you can feel every bump and pot hole. The ac at 21 degrees does not have the feel. I have approached the Volkswagen service center but they seems to have no answer.
