The buying experience was wonderful, right from test drive to taking delivery. The 1.0 TSI Manual is a drivers car to the core... there's no other option in the market with such power and torque figures at sub 10 lacs price range. The ride is plush, not too soft not too harsh. The rigidity of the chassis is felt especially on turns, the control is remarkable. Even at 150kph the car is very stable and sure-footed. As I said a complete driver's car. Talking about looks, well i must admit it looks dated now.. especially on the inside. Also, projector headlamps would've been nice with DRL's.... But then again this isn't a car for lookers but for the one in the driver's seat. Servicing cost well is slightly higher but not too high I guess cause if it's really calculated per anum it roughly comes nearby to foreign brands like Hyundai, honda etc. Parts are expensive as the technology is advanced and it's understandable. Pros: Driving dynamics, ergonomics, power, braking, torsional rigidity, safety, service. Cons: space, infotainment and audio systems, Storage spaces, USB charging points. All in all, if you love to drive and can afford it, go for it.... it will keep the smile on... :) Ps go for 1.0TSI and not the 1.0MPI

Excellent in terms of Safety, Handling and Performance in comparison with other hatchbacks. I have used i20 as well but its not even near to VW. Now using Altroz , which is at par with VW in terms of build quality and to great extent in handling, but still lacks in engine refinement., Engine noise and Braking exists. PROS: 1. Excellent Build quality. 2.Ample amount of Torque. 3.Cosmetics and features are long lasting and practical. 4.Handling and Breaking are the best in segment. 5.Music system ( one of the best in segment in terms of sound quality) 6.Smooth gear shifting. 7.No bending issue with alloys ,which I faced with Hyundai i20 frequently. 8.Awesome stability on high speeds ( 160+) even on bumpy roads. 9.Service at intervals of 15k kilometers. CONS: 1.Model and platform is obsolete. 2.Lacks in terms of aesthetics in comparison with rivals. 3.Low ground clearance. 4.Backseat is uncomfortable for person's with height above 5 feet 8 inches .

Very Good driving experience and very powerful when compared to the Mpi engine.New 6speed gear box working very smooth. Best performance in the segment. Little bit disappointed about the rear Leg room

The person who was showcasing me this car was quite knowledgeable and enthusiast. He showcased in such a way that I got convinced in few minutes. He literally shown me jumping on the door of the polo lying at their body shop department. The super strong built quality door did not get any dent due to his jumping. It's body quality, power to weight ratio and road gripping is just amazing. It's quite stable even at speed of 160 to 170. Breaking efficiency is mind blowing. I liked its maintenance schedule since it gives us interval of 15000 km. Other features like infotainment system and its sound quality amazed me. I always recommend my friends and relatives for VW Polo. It's truly an Ironman that once it saved my life. That day I was in rush for my office and at a speed of about 110 I had applied a sudden break and i was scared if I could hit a Buffalo but my car got stopped about at 40 metre of distance from the breaking point. I am just in love with it.

If you want a car that is directly connected to you not by gimmicks and features them Volkswagen Polo is meant for you. If you want good road manners and driving dynamics this car is for you. Best car available in India that can stay stable at speed of 150 km/r. This is a beast. No competitor available here in India for this hatchback.

Driving experience is good. Will feel the drive which is priceless. Only concern is space. Good for compact family. Build quality is great. Service and maintenance is little expensive

It's been one month of purchase. Overall it is good. Driving Experience is awesome. If anybody wants the real pleasure of driving should definitely go for TSI. It is an amazing machine which you will fall in love when you are driving. One more thing it has solid built quality. You would hear the proper thud when the door closes. I drove around 1000 km in highway and it is like butter in highways. I touched 160 km and still, it is encouraging.. turbo power is amazing... 2nd and 3rd gear will go like a fired bullet. Handling and braking power is just perfection. I heard about bad service by Volkswagen. Hopefully, it would have been better now. .

I got good amount of discount and accessories . Full fun to drive car .Handling and wheel grip is to good. You get very much of confident when you drive the car. Still I am on last free service. Pros is like sound system inbuilt subwoofer , steering , looks, heavy body, engine power. Cons is like only space.
