Is there any condition on using the car to avail 7 Day moneyback guarantee?

Yes. Following are the conditions - Your car should not be driven more than 300 kms from the time you have taken delivery of the vehicle from the dealership. If you decide to avail this offer, you need to visit the dealership & they will then physically evaluate the car as per the evaluation criteria and accept or reject based on car condition. Also, in case if the car meets with any kind of accident or if there is any kind of legal offence done by you during this offer, then neither the dealer nor the previous owner will be liable or responsible for the same. Additionally, there should be no outstanding RTO offence or fine post car purchase. In case if there is any, you need to settle the outstanding RTO fines.

CarWale abSure warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase or 15,000 kms from the date of purchase whichever is earlier. All major parts related to engine,gear box,suspension,steering,fuel system,electricals are covered. All consumable items, serviceable wear & tear items are not covered. What are the certification norms for a car to be eligible in CarWale abSure comprehensive warranty?

For any car to get eligible for certification, it should not be more than 10 years old and 1,00,000 Kms. It should not have more than two owners and should not be an accidental car. The car should qualify for a score of atleast 3.5 out of 5 based on certification norms. Certain models are excluded from comprehensive warranty.

What happens to the comprehensive warranty if I sell the car?

Warranty is transferable. If you sell the car, the warranty can be transferred to the next owner. This will infact help you fetch a better value for your car.

Is Road side assistance (RSA) included in warranty, what are the conditions and what are the services available with it?

Yes. Road Side Assistance is a part of comprehensive warranty offered for CarWale abSure4S certified cars. You can avail for RSA services for maximum 3 times in one year. RSA services are available within 25 kms from city center. However on call support is available 24 hrs for 365 days.

What about the RC, Insurance & other documents related to the car?

Our Dealer partner will assist in the transfer of RC & other vehicle documents in the name of the customer in a stipulated period of time. It shall also assist the customer in finding an insurance policy if needed for the car.

What happens to RTO documents and legal formalities in case of 7 day moneyback guarantee?

If a car is delivered under 7 Day Money Back guarantee, the original documents like RC, RTO transfer set, etc.. remains with the dealer. Once 7 day period is over, Dealer will initiate with the required formalities. In case, if you demand to start the RTO transfer process during first 7 days of purchase then the 7 Day Money Back guarantee will not be applicable. In case if you avail the 7 Day Money Back, you need to return all the car documents and second car key.
