I bought Premium AT model in Nov 21 on the basis my initial study and on a honest and realistic explanation given by the sales guy about the model. The car was delivered as promised. I have now driven it for nearly 4000 kms which majorly includes traffic jam city drive plus few visits outside Mumbai. The overall 6 months experience as a owner is excellent and trouble-free for a 4 member family. The car has all the features that are necessary and none are fancy like others in this segment. Driving the car is a fabulous experience when I compare it with my hatchback car experience of 30-35 years. The car demonstrates adequate power during driving and gives you a feel of mini SUV. My Toyota brand selection was done purely due to its focus on quality in every aspect of customer experience and its true as well. The after sales service is process oriented, well documented that makes you very comfortable during your visit to the workshop as a customer. I am very happy to own a Toyota vehicle. UC is a true family car for a city as well as for a long drive.

This car has boxy design which looks a SUV, while some of other similar compact SUV car looks like a hatch back with high ground clearance, the main advantage of buying car is 4 cylinder naturally aspirated engine which give smooth driving experience, while buying any car people should l looks to engine specifications rather than a cosmetic features, because car is mainly driven on engine and tyre not on cosmetic features, this car comes with all required basic features

Very Good Experience during Driving, comfortable, Interior, Stylish, Servicing experience is very good and Service Technician is very compatible, very good knowledge and performance is very good.

Mileage is very poor , Valuation of vehicle is too low in some days. His own value surveyor is very worst wordy. Waste of money total it's just loss making to enroll in vehicle don't buy.

Pros. Toyota branding. Resale value because it's a breeza rebadged one. Comfort in driving. Cons. No sun roof, need bigger screen, mileage is poor. Boot space is not promising when compared to the segment

Feeling so glad while using this car. Can buy blindly this car who are looking in this segment. Thanks to Toyota to bring this youngest SUV. Interior and exterior looks so good and attractive

We already own a Toyota for 18 years and counting. And we know the quality Toyota have in their cars but this ain't the same. Our buying experience was great and their service/maintenance are very affordable. So there's no issue in that plus you get 3 years standard and +2 extended warranty on your car. Overall Driving experience is good, below 80kmph it's very smooth, after that you feel that missing 6th gear. Seats are comfortable and plenty of leg space. Storage and everything is fine. Looks wise it's brezza no more comments on that and feel and quality of material is hard plastics. Also worth mentioning is that dashboard is the same from 2016. Mileage on this car is not great On Highway 16kmpl avg you can get and can push it to 18km/l without AC. In City it's 12km/l. Pros: 1) Comfortable than some competitors 2) Smooth Engine/ great sound insulation 3) Cheaper servicing than Suzuki 4) Assured with Toyota's Reliability 5) *Resale might be good as Toyota badged Cons: 1) Missing 6th gear 2) Bad mileage 3) Cost Cutting on many things/ plastic materials 4) Useless features making cost higher 5) Outdated dashboard/ instrument cluster

it wasn't clear already, the Urban Cruiser is a derivative of the Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza. But a bit more work has gone into separating the two this time around, unlike the straight-forward badge-engineering at play with the Glanza. The biggest difference is in the Urban Cruiser's front-end. Toyota has cashed in on the Fortuner's clout here with the dark twin-slat grille bordered with chrome and the quite aggressive bumper design. The large triangular honeycomb inserts for the LED fog lamps, with the prominent air dam placed between the bull-bar effect detailing make for a more attention-grabbing face than the heavy chrome in the facelifted Vitara Brezza, in our books. The LED headlamps have been carried over from the Maruti, and seem to gel with this new look reasonably well.

Overall good experience for this car . Following improvement is needed 1. Interior dash board ,door handles build quality should be improved. 2. Foot noise in car should be lesson
