1 साल पहले | LalanIt was assumed that Toyota gives the best experience to their customers, and that's exactly what I experienced. I took a test drive to check Innova's capabilities. I was driving a Bolero di turbo at that time, which was a little bit old. I also liked the Crysta over the Fortuner because of its value for money features. And after driving it for a while, I was impressed and booked right away. I was also a fan of its new look after the facelift (2023). Toyotas are known for their low maintenance and reliable engines, which is what I also felt after 2 service periods. But I always disliked the interior build of this car, some parts make a really bad squeaking sound that defames the company's legacy, and also it hurts customer satisfaction.
