Very good car and also very comfortable car in this segment. all the facilities are given in this car is superb and luxurious. seats are so comfortable to feel good. black variant car is so awesome. The overall look of the car is fantastic. smooth to drive brack system is also superb. good mileage, overall good performance car and value for money.

I purchased new car in bangalore KA 03 AE 0717 on Jan 2017. Clutch of the car is not worthy for Innova crysta. Till now I have visited 4 toyota service centers, but no one could sort out the clutch issue. They just do the lubrication and give back. I personaly suggest not to go for Innova Crysta.

Regarding Toyota Innova Crysta BR01CZ/XXXX Unsatisfactory Service Quality. Dear sir, I bought the Toyota Innova crysta car with registration no. BR01CZ/XXXX from Buddha Motors Patna last year. The problems like mileage, smelling, AC gas etc. starts just after that. People travelling with the car complaint always about vomiting, nausea. After complaining to service centre about the same they did not responded. Afyer 6 to 7 month this problem resolved itself.I am writing this letter to complain about the poor service quality provided by your company. Many times when i went for servicing of innova crysta, result was unsatisfactory. I also bought footrest accessory which costs 10k from buddha motor,which used to cracks at speed breaker,complaint so many times but the problem remained same, at last i thrown them out. Recently there was a rim problem in my car, the service providers took the car for 15 days and charged 20k rupees but that problem is still there. They cahrged for Full body touch up service but did not done that properly, looks quite odd. Body sound, gate sound problem never solved.Also For Wheel allignment problem they took the car for 10 days but the problem not resolved. Ground clearance is okay but mudflap is placed so down due to which at speed breakers it creats sound which is very irritating. This problem also remain unresolved. Still there is a rim problem and three tyre defect problem and complaining about the same from last six months, but your customer service provider is not responding. Vehicle is running without stepny due to which i am unable to drive it for longer distances and this is all happenning due to your unskilled mechanics and irresponsible behaviour of your employees. I bought this car on EMI of 32k per month, but so many times its there for servicing for 10-15 days at service centre. I am paying 32k as EMI without even utilizing it. So who will be responsible for this? This car becomes a headache for me. If you will ask me for feedback I will never ever suggest to buy this car to anyone. I am very unhappy and mentally & economically harrased after purchasing this car. I am fed up about this poor service quality. Kindly resolve these problems.

Exterior Owning the top end model which has LED lamp that doesn’t function as a daytime LED. Which is common to find on a 5 lakh car and motor bikes now a days. Worried to find those daytime LED on the Liwa and fortuner, that doesn’t function on a 27 Lakh Crysta?? No LED tail or break lamps?

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) The interior is designed well with lots of Features, but in some areas there is feel of poor plastic which is common in Toyota. Crysta has a A+ on space and comfort zone.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Everything Perfect other than fuel economy.

Ride Quality & Handling Best in the class.

Final Words Perfect car for a long ride. Not the show stoppers for the value. While cheap cars have a better approach and appearance on the road.

Areas of improvement Daytime LED and LED tail/break Lampcan give a rich look, especially on a top end models.

Interior space, Drive quality and comfortNothing specially other than the car exterior appearance.

I bought my Innova Crysta Z model automatic diesel on 16 August 2018 ie 1 month ago. It has done 1400Kms. . Poor suspension - too much bobbing, pitching and bounce, Poor reverse camera - no parking assist lines. Touch screen display very poor resolution and features are very difficult to navigate - really old generation software. Navigation does not work properly. Diesel milegae in Delhi 8kms/litre ( i use it in Delhi only) Z model has Rexin - PU artificial leather seat instead of leather seat as advertised, door panel has cheap cloth which will get dirty and tear very soon. I had no choice as this was the only 7 seater with space (fortuner and endeavour are very high to enter for my 80 years plus parents) Overall feeling is: Value for money for a Rs 27 lac on road car is very poor and Toyota takes Indian customers for a ride due to monopoly.

Best car for family Exteriors You get the same looks as the Crysta but there are some changes. The blackened out alloy wheels look sportier than the silver ones on the regular car. You also get a black grille which replaces the silver chrome one on the Crysta. The blackened out theme is present on the headlamps as well, while a black cladding runs around the car all along. The biggest difference is the deep red colour available on the car, which the Crysta version won’t offer. The car looks more energetic than the regular Innova’s that ply our roads. Interiors The interior also is exactly the same as the Crysta. Though you get prominent dashes of red all along the cabin, especially the centre console area. You also get red stitching around the seats and the steering wheel area, which adds to the sense of visual appeal. The car is available only in seven seat option, which means that you get captain seats in the middle row. These seats are the best in the MPV business and can seriously rival some business class seats for sheer space and comfort. What you will also enjoy are the tables available on the backrest of the front seats, which can be folded away airplane style. The boot with all three rows up is also of a reasonable size Summary If you want a comfortable, relaxing and reliable MPV then the Innova is the last word. The Touring Sport version simply adds more pizzazz to the range and makes it slightly stand out from a sea of Innovas playing our roads

Toyota Dealership experience is very good and lavish for me, the way they interact with their customers and the way if their Hospitality its amazing. While Driving the Innova Crysta is an amazingly brilliant experience and the power feel the car gives its very Thrilling. The looks is very eye catching and the performance is also increased w.r.to the earlier innova. Maintanance is not as much as compared to its competitors but the maintenance cost is high of Toyota as compared to Tata. Toyota should give the 2.4 ZX model in 8 Seater option. Bcoz i was willing to go for top end spec but due to only 7 seat option i ended buying 2.4 VX insted of 2.4 ZX. I am also missing the top end spec features like Cruise Comtrol and Driving Modes. Toyota shall consider this issue and should make the changes. I am owinig innova since 2010 and its my 3rd innova. Well its a very good machine and i am satisfied and happy to own this

It is a good car but the value for money is too high they just increased the price because of the demand ..! It is not fair..! Yaa it is a good car bt it is not worth for money for this price ..! We can just buy a car at any price it jus has a name called innovaa..!i loved the Innova 2013-2015 it was just awesome ..!and value for money
