Buying Experience: The buying experience was excellent and hassle-free. Toyota’s overall ownership proposition was a big reason for choosing the Glanza. Driving Experience: This is where the Glanza really impressed me. The stability, confidence and planted feel are excellent, especially on highways. I usually cruise around 80–90 km/h, and the car feels composed and effortless. It manages to feel sporty when you want it, while still being comfortable for everyday driving. Looks & Features: The design strikes a great balance between stylish and mature. It looks premium without trying too hard. The car is also loaded with genuinely useful features such as UV-cut glass, 360° camera, hill-hold/uphill control, wireless Apple/Android Play, HUD, and plenty more. The projector LED lights are powerful and work very well at night. Performance & Economy: The engine is smooth and enjoyable, with enough punch for both city and highway use. What makes it even better is the fuel economy. I consistently get around 18–19 km/l combined, which is impressive considering my mixed driving. Service & Maintenance: Service experience has been satisfactory, although it feels slightly more expensive than the Baleno. I also feel owners are frequently pushed towards unnecessary add-ons such as fuel injector cleaners and engine flushes during periodic servicing. All things in the car are of very bad build quality, after-sales service, staff behaviour, and the noise of the windows. If you buy this, you are just burning your money. Toyota just failed in this car, a bad product
