We know about this that Ratan Tata brand does not compromise with security of low pricing car to high pricing cars and its looks are very nice compared to other cars in the market. But such cars are comparable as Hyundai grand i10 , but tata looks and security is far better than all the cars available in markets so Tata shares and foundation will be high.

I had reviewed and visited multiple show rooms after I decided to purchase a car. Started from Maruti models and once I happened to see a review about Tiago 2019 model and further the facelift model 2020.From then I was seen lots of videos about the car to understand the pros and cons. I felt that I stuck at Tata Tiago and not interested to see other car reviews. My wife, kids all impressed and ready to go to showroom to explore. Finally we visited show room and almost half a day spend looking all the models at Tata decided to buy Tiago XZA+. Buying process was so smooth and I could win some discounts extra in terms of SBI Yono and the insurance part (without reducing add on). Look wise it's so amazing all my family and friends appreciate the selection. My kids loves the infotainment system, sound system etc. This was my first experience driving of AMT and it's gives me so pleasure to drive on both manual and automatic. Even my wife have learn the driving in two days it's that simple. Performance wise it's too good except some time after slow down the car doesn't pickup as desired but the rpm goes high. I hope this will be sorted out once I used to the driving more and more since I been using it less than a month. At showroom the accessories seems to be so costly so I decided to buy from my near by shop. So in a nut shell I recommend this car to buy in this segment, it's got lot of good things like look wise, safety wise entertainment and performance.

The only thing I want to say if you're driving in main cities like Bangalore, Chennai Mumbai, The car won't give you mileage above 11 at any cost unless you take it freeways then it will give you 16-17km/l.

All are good except repair and service of Tata. Because the Tata service is bad as they are not helpful and not interested in their customers. Those who buy a car spending money, they treat and behave like they are beggars.

The design is far aggressive from the pre-facelift version. Altroz-esque face looks really good. Bright colours look good on this small hatchback. The suspension is well sorted. The engine might feel lethargic during highway overtakes but is peppy for city use. Service cost and experience have been fine so far. Pros - Looks, Safety, Features and VFM. Cons - Engine, NVH and AMT lag.

The buying experience was good. I bought it from Tata Motors Dulichand Kolkata EM Bypass. They were true to their words. I had a waiting of 10weeks but was delivered in 12 weeks which was fine. I don't have any complaints. Now coming to driving experience. I want to give 1 star. Not one but twice we had a life threatening experience, one by Dad and one by myself. Because of the erratic behavior of AMT.When you put the gear lever to A and remove your foot from Brake, the car doesn't creep forward, sometimes it does. For my case 5 out of 10 cases it moves forward, rest it doesn't. So you will push a bit hard on the accelerator and the Car would suddenly move forward and the driver would be caught unguarded. If someone is standing in front of your car, a major accident will happen. Same for Reverse gear. Tata is making fools by giving more emphasis on 5 star ratings but they are providing an unreliable AMT module in the car. Don't buy any AMT cars from Tata. I did find many similar issues in team BHP from 2018 and now 2022 still these issues are found in AMT. By the grace of God two times the accident happened but no human lives were lost or hurt. There was substantial damage to the car as one time it hit a wall due to sudden acceleration and other times it hit a car due to a sudden surge of power in Reverse mode.

Buying experience was OK. Driving is smooth, light steering & extremely easy (Even for first timer Like me!) Excellent power to weight ratio performance for this size of car Completed 3 service cycle, all gone smooth - Tata has 3rd highest no of service centers in India Pros: The best vehicle for 1st time buyers, solid quality Cons: Cabin noise.

Space could have been better, service depends more on which service centre you go to, my service experience is average, mileage is not great but the main thing I bought it for build quality and performance

I own a Tiago XZA+ BS4 2019. At first you think that "Tata" and over that Automatic. But my car rose over my expectations. I will share the pros and cons. Pro: Easy drivability, easy maintenance, robust chassis and body. Good customer service. Above average mileage. Overall I am happy with the car. Cons: Lagging performance in city mode. Once AC comes on, the engine just sits. The engine rumble is quite noisy which is kind of annoying. Overall 2 years
