7 महीने पहले | viyalI had purchased this car in 2020, driven around 45000 in the city only, with 2 batteries changed in warranty. Had a thought of exchanging with the new Nexon EV. But I was shocked to get the resale value of only 4 lakhs from the sales team. What is the point is buying an EV if the resale is so less, what is saved in fuel will go into the depreciation cost. It’s like cheating by Tata motors .. if your can’t able to provide promised range don’t commit.. At 40 % range shown is 70 kms but suddenly drops and runs only 15-17 kms and break downs on the way . This has happened yo my car more than 10 times . Complaint reported to costumer service several times no proper response . Car handed over to heritage motors several times ,they kept it for 7-15 days but couldn't resolve the problem. Service team is so bad that the wiper broken while the car was in their custody but they handed over to us without even informing us . But then Tata still needs to figure out the quality-related stuff…gaps in panels, panels coming off, roof rubber coming off…not expect this from such a large brand. 1 साल पहले | Mangesh ShindeI have been using this car for 5 months and have driven it for about 17000km. I can say that it is very good. There is no or minimal maintenance required in EVs. When we purchased it, the infotainment system was lagging, but it was fixed at the service center and is now functioning properly. To maintain good battery performance, it's best to use a home charger most of the time. However, if you have no other option or are going on a long run, you can use fast charging. 1 महीने पहले | Sumit JhawarI have been using the Tata Nexon for the last 4 years and have crossed 75000 kms. The car never gave more than 150 km range in Mumbai traffic. Just that the overall running cost was low, so we were happy. But since past 9 months, the battery used to get discharge from 40% to 5% in 5 mins. We submitted the car on 15th November 2025 for review, and they said that the main battery needs to be replaced. It's 30th January, and still they don't have a battery. What's the point of giving a battery warranty if replacement is taking more than 2.5 months, and we still don't know when we will get the car? 2 साल पहले | KarthikHats off to the Tata team for building up a fantastic machine !!!. The build quality and the looks are awesome. I did a test drive yesterday. It was so much fun to drive this car. The interior was top notch. The 360 degree camera clarity was awesome. I'm surely going to buy this ev. The only cons is the rear seat space.
