      Regarding issues in the car ac problem silencer problem. and etc. please reading it and guide a way to get proper solution. It took around 3 weeks to delivery car. I have considered only the safety feature while buying. Please check with the dealers they may to charge you for unwanted stuffs and additional add-on's and transportation charge. According to Indian norms these charges are NA. Interior and exterior will be good. Please read my experience before buying. Riding. Its comfortable but its not that good you will experience the surrounding noise engine noise and silencer noise. Engine bay will creep you out you can able see the ground lots of holes gaps and even the some damping balls you can able to see. No filter for wiper water tank. Service center in Coimbatore are really worst and tafe is totally a crap. Actually i' m facing 3 problems i was reported to the customer care for the 1st time and got a response like your problem will be attested. But still car is in services nearly for 20days. I will tell you the problems now. 1. xz petrol Turn on the defogger button and Press the Ac vent changing button and keep on changing it at a point of time vent wont change it will get struck . like if you set it for front and leg ac on. It will turn on only the front AC. 2. silencer rattling noise. if you accelerate a bit you could able to evident this sound. my car produced my higher noise when compared with the same variant. 3. Harman infotainment touch response will be lagging while to connect with android car play. map will not update properly. its a 4 month old car only driven 2000kms. create these many problem. since not received any response from tafe service station and from OEM . dropped another email to OEM but no response. i would like to file a complaint. tata sells literally defected products no quality checks no assurance. nothing really frustrated with Tata.

      Tata is great in providing safety and features are also premium. But the heart of the car is having problems ie. Engine....The Engine produces irritating noise which disturbs the fun on driving..In 2 years if you are not maintained the car well then the same story continues like indica...worst Engine noise

      Altroz seems to exceed everyone's expectations. The car tops in design and performance in the segment BUT hardly anyone seems to notice the width of the rear seat. I went to test drive the car with my mom and the first thing she noticed before entering was the width of rear seat, it was narrower than my previously owned i20. I was waiting for this car for months and I had every intention of booking it on the first day of launch but the above-mentioned shortfall held me back. I so want to buy this car but I'm in a dilemma now.

      Everything is good looks, space, built quality etc but the problem is when you down the gear to second on speed breaker than its takes lode to take speed and that time feel less of power may be due to 3 cylinder car.

    • Futuristic with features

      I bought altroz xz petrol after around 3 months of waiting in May 2021.I wanted it to get it delivered in April 2021 but I got it on May 2021. I was looking at buying Baleno and hyundai i20 first, but my school friend who had worked in Maruti showroom suggested me this car Altroz. .As altroz comes with 165 mm ground clearance, I was hesitated at first but then I saw when Maruti alto can go with 165 mm in hills then why can't Altroz. So booked it and got it after 3 montha of waiting. Driving experience of this car is way too far. It's steering response is too good. Clutch is very smooth and seating comfort is very good. Braking is also very good with ABS. Altroz is the only car whose looks can't be compared with any other car of this segment. I love it's interior design specially the dashboard. It is simple sleek and elegant which I love the most. The cut steering is too good. Infotainment system and instrument cluster is very classy and beautiful. In case of performance I have driven it on hills I mean very much inclined hills and this car go up hill with no issues at all. Although there is a little pick issue in second gear but when it picks up at the right pace it goes like you are driving in heaven. Best part is that it gets heavier and heavier as you go on gaining pace and never feels like that I can't control it anymore. Only first service is done so far so can't say much about it. Only issue this car is little bit less punchy and I believe with the updation of ECU that lag will definitely go away. Go for altroz without compromising your safety your family safely, Car can be bought again but life can't.

      Car looks attractive and agamic features do the well job in attracting customers. Car has ultimate handling. Seats are not as comfortable as Baleno's seats are. Cushioning and under thigh support is not as per the mark in the segment even Baleno offers better than it.. I opted Altroz because of its safety, features and lower price but now I realized that the main thing of the car it's engine is main reason of its lower price it is not good.. Tata should have given a four cylinder engine as this one makes noise and vibrations.. Because of its engine I m saying this car is not value for money.

      This is a awesome car. Performance is excellent. Feature loaded car. Best in mileage. Build quality is good. This car is value for money compare to other segment cars. Don't think other segment resell value is bad. Tata is good in all sector. Please don't jump directly into the other company car where long waiting found. Just think, if they guys will not delivery on time then how service they will provide you. Made in India so proud to be a Tata owner.

    • My personal opinion on Altroz

      Recently bought Altroz XZ(O) Petrol version by exchanging our Tata Vista Quatrajet (Diesel) which we bought in 2010. Handling of the car is amazing. Suspension superb, Ride Quality is Fantastic, Good features and Super Sound system. Compare to other cars in the same budget range Tata is offering lots of features with 5 star safety ratings. Initially driving in the city only for approx. 400 kms that time the mileage was showing 14 to 17 KMPL. Yesterday was driving 300+ KM in both city & state highways @ 60 to 80 KMPH speed. The overall Mileage was 21.3 KMPL. The only negative which I felt was pick up compare to Vista car which was 190NM torque whereas Altroz is 113NM. However it is negligible for my driving style. This is very good family car for Indian roads and traffic conditions. Tata should have provided with leather seats, sunroof, LED headlamps options which are missing.

      Buying experience is good but it could be better. The driving experience is fantastic. The looks are very nice, performance is good. My First service experience is good. The looks (interior and exterior) and performance are good. Feels Power lag between 1500-2000 RPM.

      I did a test drive of the XZ petrol varient. Pros: Very nice look and feel. No matter what, the quality is top notch. Driving experience is very good. 5 star rated Indian car. Cons: Felt that engine could have been smooth. There is bad opinion on after sales from everyone on TATA in market. It has got a 3 cylinder petrol engine. I wonder why? Company engine warranty is 75000 KM or 3 years. More over, I am worried about the mileage of this car.
