Buying experience: My bro. bought this car with lot of expectations from Renault Dibrugarh as being his first car, our family car. But after 1 week it started to so it's real color. Firstly it started with some starting problem, when enquired, they the dealer said the alternator is bad, so we changed, cost him few thousand rupees. Then before even 2000 km, again it started giving starting problem. They dealer took the car from our home and when enquired one of the engineers said , again some engine problem, will cost rs.30000/-. After managing cash for the same, we phoned, and to our surprise, they told us the engine got seized. We question that before it just some small mechanical problem , and how come engine seized. They deline to listen to us. We complained at consumer forum, even after 3 time notice to them, they didn't show up. Even all the staffs who received the car, and who was in charge of the car changed. Seeing no way out . After a year complaining and requesting we have to procure a new engine for the car costing nearly da. 1 lakh 16 thousand, making charge not included. Said the car will be ready in next month. So this was our experience with Renault Kwid Climber car and the staff if Renault Dibrugarh. Lot of pain, waste if money and time. Will never suggest any of my friends or relatives to buy Renault car. I too this month brought a Hyundai car. Never poor services by the company. Hands down.

all requirements are fulfilled with a minimum prize and comfort in turn, drive, parking and also drive in rush and shrink road and streets. perfectly fit in your budget. no maintenance. in the case of long drive its quite good compare to other brands.

Buying experience: I was very excited while buying this car. Still having emotional attachment with Car since this is my first car.
Riding experience: Worse brake, GPS system?music system not working, Silencer broken down in twice without any hit. Engine oil leakage. My car is seapaging in rain and I have to drain out the water by using sponge and cloths.
Details about looks, performance etc: Look is good but performance is not good as it was committed.
Servicing and maintenance: Service is very poor. The quality of mechanics are very poor they only make the customer fool. DON'T buy their extended warranty, they will not provide you any benefits as there are many hidden terms & Conditions.
Pros and Cons: I am helpless because of the approach of the Service center. To repair the music system and manufacturing error like engine oil leakage, they are asking me to leave the car in the service Center for 30 days.

Buying experience was fairly good. Initial riding experiences were also good. The interior is spacious compared to Hyundai Eon, Maruti K10. Best thing is its ground clearance and boot space. Looks are stylish compare to other such entry level cars in my opinion. However, the build quality is very very poor. Performance is below average. Its a noisy car, cheap interior, very poor mileage, the engine is weak and climbing sharp uphill is a nightmare. To top it up, sensors are not very sensitive. The pre-loaded navigation system is of no use. My experiences are OK with the servicing team (Trident Renault, Indiranagar, Bangalore). In conclusion, I am recommending this as an entry level car only as it is feature loaded and automatic. Driving is comfortable and not very expensive.

This was my first car . I had no issues until I completed 4000km , I had issues with the clutch. Had to fight a lot regarding the issue. The car is really sluggish even though it is 1000 cc engine . Poor service and reliability. I would never suggest any of friends and foe to buy kwid. Totally a waste of money.

Nice good lucking and best car for the middle-class family I this segment is the most wonderful full segment beackuse it's have a full hight good ground clearance and muscular car body.

This is a very good hatchback car. This car performance is very nice or this car interier and exterior and overall all features very good . This car pickup is very good and overall using all item so strong . I am like this car

Renault Kwid has been the best selling car in the small car segment for years now. I booked one through the mobile app in Oct 2015 and got it on 6 Dec. 2015. And since then I have driven it for more than 25000 kms. Long distances, high altitudes and extreme wheather has been no problem yet. Good mileage and good looks, interior or exterior are the real pros but as far as cons are concerned the 800 cc engine makes a lot of noise and feels under power when the AC is on. It also has some silensor problems. The ground clearance is good but the gear feels hard sometimes. Braking is also not very good. But one can say that in the small car segment it is far better than the Alto800s and many more.

1. Buying Experience. The experience was quite good at a time of purchase, and till you buy the the experience is definitely going to be decent. 2. Riding Experience. It is a small car with engine of 0.8 lit to 1.0 lit. And the power is as usual low. It's my daily driver for around a year and I have driven approximately 17000km. The power is decent in its class, milage was quite good. The problem is with the infotainment system and the door panel. The quality is not that good. Another thing to mention is the space in rear cabin is sufficient for two adults and will not comfortable for three adults or two adults and one child. Quite nice to handle and within that price range it's a better one. 3. Look The car has decent look but for that the company left completely hollow door, sometimes it feel like the metal sheet is going to bend quite easily. 4. Servicing and maintenance. It doesn't cost too much to your pocket. The charges are around 2800 to 3300. Even some bike cost more than this. 5. Pros 1 easy to handle 2 milage 3 value for money 4 less service experience 6.
