Mitsubishi, the Japanese carmaker, is building an all-new Pajero and we have proof. Test mules of the three-row SUV have been snapped testing and they reveal a big, burly SUV that the Pajero Sport has always been.
Like almost all-new cars from Japan, the Pajero Sport will get the latest edgy styling with sharp cuts and creases dominating the exterior design. But underneath the modern, sci-fi skin will be the latest generation of that very reliable body-on-frame setup. It will be tuned to offer an even better ride and handling package without compromising much on the off-road abilities.
Since Mitsubishi sells the Pajero Sport in India, this model will most likely drive to the subcontinent and it would be interesting to see if they bring in a new BS VI compliant diesel engine as the SUV will reach India only in 2020. It will surely be laden with features like power seats, separate zone climate control, power mirrors and will come with off-road modes as well.
