Very poor customer service, I have petrol sharp Hector. The clutch started vibrating after 15000 Km. Gave it for repair 4 times, but they were not able to fix it. I have mailed a complaint to MG.. but no use, no action is taken. I had to drive the car in the same condition.

Car in terms of strength, comfort, spacious, and luxury, road presence is undoubtedly the best, there are no second thoughts. But the biggest challenge is fuel economy in city, especially in metro cities, you can rarely achieve 7-7.5 & on highways around 9-9.5, I have seen many videos and taken advice on the correct driving pattern for CVT but this is the best I have been able to achieve. & their support from showroom & service center is excellent till now for me. but overall if you are making up your mind to go for a luxury car this car is apt as a perfect start and groom your mindset :)

This is my dream car. This is comfortable to drive as the pickup of the car is very good.

I had a wonderful experience with mg I have a cake cutting while buying a car this cake was from mg I like this car is driving and give look of King and the performance was also wonderful I have not done a single service as I haven't completed km for first service and it's prons are this car gives you the feel of King and looks are amazing and cons are nothing in my views so whoever is seeing this car grab it quickly thanks

It is according to me very luxurious means when we sit in this car, we feel very royal and by itself, people give respect to means he/she is a very rich person. It needs maintenance.

Driving experience was really very good... Few great features like safe, pick-up , speed, economical to operate, reliable, capacious, comfortable, and attractive design...all are good.

Amazing buying experience and driving experience. Solid build quality and amazing engine. Very minimum service cost. I own a Maruti sx4 also and cheaper service than it. Everyone looking at price segment of 17-25lk must buy it.
