I have driven approx. 1 lakh 10 thousand km , including so many long drive like 450 km in a day, my mother have knee replacement but she recommend Ciaz for comfort and you should know in this price no one can beat ciaz in look , comfort, image in society.

Buying experience was good as expected from nexa. Car has good very good low end and on tap responses are very good which makes overtaking a breeze. The car is very stable at alarming speeds of triple digits (150 km/h). Mileage is also better than most cars in its class Overall it offers good combination of mileage and performance . This car is very comfortable and absorbs anything the roads throw at it .LEDs make the car look sophisticated and provide good visibility . Diamond cut alloys also make the ciaz look upmarket and premium and the car has abundance use of chrome. Servicing is average like other car brands nothing special. Con is the body roll which comes because of suspension which is ultra soft and absorbs bumps very well but when you drive too fast while changing lanes or show it a corner in fast speed . But it chassis supports good handling and straight-line stability is rock solid . Sheet metal could also be improved at par with what vw offers. Overall summing up the car is value for money and ciaz alpha is the best buy at its price point with good amount of features and the car is much better than So called SUVs.

While purchasing a car they are selling an extended warranty card of 3 years at a price of Rs.20000/- but when you need service their service center will make excuses and charge you full money, don't take such services, it does not benefit even a thousand.

All the facilities in the car was good, mileage space, air bags, all over good ,it was long and soo large, less mantainence required for this car, music system was vary good there was touch screen also.

Buying experience was very good and performance wise it's best and build quality is low. This car satisfied me. Car is very good and on road performance and road presence is nice.

I have driven a Ciaz for some kilometers and I have also driven it for long routes. I noticed how Maruti offers this car i meant why Indians do not consider this car. why do people hate this car i mean I love this car because the drivability of this car is mindblowing and I love this Maruti engine for its mileage and pickup one point is this car is much much cheaper compared to its segment, for example, the price of Ciaz top model is exactly same to comparing Verna, slavia, virtue, and honda city's base variant. I also planning to buy this car.

Hassle-free experience, it's value for money and perfect for family. Spacious cabin, big boot help you during long trips. No need to worry about luggage management. Fuel economy is decent enough with 1.5l engine. Spares are economical and easily available.

I bought this car because its longest in segment, widest in segment, highest ground clearance in segment, biggest boot in segment, most spacious inside in segment, highest mileage in segment, unique hybrid tech in segment, first car with touch screen in segment, first car with projector headlamps in segment etc.

Car is super silent. 1.5 litre petrol is a gem. I have tested it on highways and city as well. Never disappoints you. Mileage machine no doubt. Cruise control is a boon. Local 16 highway 20 always. 24.5 is the max I have got AC on 5 people on board with luggage. Service cost is dirt cheap 20k service cost was 4200 including labour and balancing alignment. I love this car just because of refinement. My music player Bluetooth got failed it's under warranty so it's under replacement
