Buying experience was good as expected from nexa. Car has good very good low end and on tap responses are very good which makes overtaking a breeze. The car is very stable at alarming speeds of triple digits (150 km/h). Mileage is also better than most cars in its class Overall it offers good combination of mileage and performance . This car is very comfortable and absorbs anything the roads throw at it .LEDs make the car look sophisticated and provide good visibility . Diamond cut alloys also make the ciaz look upmarket and premium and the car has abundance use of chrome. Servicing is average like other car brands nothing special. Con is the body roll which comes because of suspension which is ultra soft and absorbs bumps very well but when you drive too fast while changing lanes or show it a corner in fast speed . But it chassis supports good handling and straight-line stability is rock solid . Sheet metal could also be improved at par with what vw offers. Overall summing up the car is value for money and ciaz alpha is the best buy at its price point with good amount of features and the car is much better than So called SUVs.

It's been 2 year since I had budget this car and complete 8k kms so fair smooth and comfortable ride at low speeds spacious cabin 5 people can shit comfortably refined petrol engine low maintainace costs, auto ac works good, easy to drive in city, good mileage.

It's Spacious among 10 lakh sedans. Overall experience was good. But after all It's Suzuki. Best mileage but not safety. It could be better if it's get more safety rating and of course Sunroof as we can get in Honda and Hyundai Sedans.

I had a pleasure of riding Ciaz and this is the best car I've ever had this car has great performance on all the roads like city highways this car is the best. In terms of service, this car service doesn't make your pocket empty at the time of service

The absolutely a go-to in this segment where you have luxury and comfort as package with this amazingly stylish appearance. Would recommend to everyone looking out for a budget friendly and luxurious car.

The only con is, None of the Maruti sedans has a sunroof. I would have gone for the alpha automatic but doesn't have a sunroof either, Rest I think it's a beautiful drive Amazing! 5*

After driving almost 16k kms I would say this is an excellent sized, very well styled, comfortable and elegant mid size sedan. Suspension is perfect for our road conditions at the same time very stable on the highway as well. Personally the only flaw I found was the infotainment system, even though I have the top of the line variant it has very average speakers.

I have drive my friend's car and believe me the experience was fantastic. Silent Car though powerful. Interiors are just so rich and decent. Exterior is just awesome. Definitely a tough competition to Honda City. It is a long car and looks rich. Driving experience was also comfortable. If you have budget for 10-12 Lakhs and want a sedan then you must go for it. Maruti Suzuki won't disappoint. :)

Bought it from next prabhadevi. Took delivery from Vasai nexa (east). There was nothing like cake cutting, celebration and all. People at nexa didn't bother at all. 2)The car is quite nice. Pick up is average, Not that quick. The starting point interior material is bad like dash board (plastic quality is bad) 3)looks very nice. 4)service center at vasai west was very nice. polite staff co operative.
