It was good in all formats. I bought this car and driven for about a year. In comparison to other cars, I found it very much comfortable, good for hilly roads, and all and an amazing experience.

The car is good, but only one problem: a 0-star safety rating. Mileage is so good car is good service is good. A car is good for a middle-class family. I like this car. Service cost is low.

The Cons are Very Light Body as per the price segment little bit costlier. Recommend since it's a family car. Feel like an SUV and good stability at 100 kmpl. ESP and the ideal start-stop function are good in this car.

I drove this car for 11 years. Hardly spent anything on maintenance, went to all hills and tough roads. It excellent pickup, a very spacious cabin. Smooth driving, fuel-efficient. Mini SUV.

I think for average middle class person it is Mercedes, its boot is so spacious that even a person with suit case can sit in it, it is Mileage beast if i dry rough to rough than also it gives me 17kmpl and if i drive it nicely it gives me around 27kmpl average and I have normal petrol variant no CNG, my friend too bought CNG Wagno r and it claims average of 38 and on other hand my 125cc scooter gives me 35kmpl average on full rpm so i prefer to take this car everywhere i go, after sale experience is very good, i have to call they take the car and after servicing they deliver it too home, the only bad thing is safety, it is thin box. e rickshaw crashed in my cars back my back glass bumper tail gate was changed because they were fully damaged and the damage of e rickshaw was only bend of rod. one more drawback is that it doesnt give you confidence on high speed i touched approx 150 and the car was fully vibrating and swinging so for saftey i slowed down and to my surprise the brakes are not that good too, i think it good for city drive only because of saftey.

It is a nice car. Had great comfort. In this price range car is decent I will recommend it for family purposes and for daily use. The maintenance cost of Maruti Suzuki is pocket friendly for all.

I believe the plastic used in the interior could have been better. overtime the plastic gets rough and attracts soil marks. The tire size seems satisfying but a bigger tire size if can be acquainted with the dimensions of the car would look cool and sporty.
