I am writing to express my concern regarding the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) process carried out by your dealer. It appears that the vehicle was delivered without a proper PDI — the tyre rims were not checked, and the air conditioning system was also not properly inspected. Despite these issues, the dealer marked the PDI as “OK,” which makes the report inaccurate and misleading. Such actions could be considered a form of consumer fraud. If no corrective action is taken against the concerned dealer, it may appear that Maruti Suzuki is indirectly supporting such practices.
