Buying experience was good but not excellent. Driving is smooth but it is a very light weight car so on high speeds, it feels like it is not controlled and you can feel the feel body roll.
Looks are perfect but the outer line of Ertiga is the downside. Service is high like 6000 thousand for petrol. Petrol car pros is that the driving is smooth and the looks are perfect with fit and finish. Cons is body roll, maintenance etc.
