I had purchased new baleno.the exterior is good and very smooth drive features are bold music quality is superb. I love it. it's all new with new feature, tech, style and performance.

After 2 weeks of drive with the new 2022 model Alpha MT, I should say I am not so satisfied with the car. I bought it from nexa Kollam showroom. I am not sure if it's with my car only. With in 2 weeks of purchase, the stereo stopped working. At the time of its 1st service told them about the issue and there has been no response the team. It's been 2 weeks now. When I called them, they told like clarion is the brand name of stereo installed in the new baleno car. I have contacted the quality manager and he said, clarion informed them that they car come and check and replace it if needed. After 2 weeks after reporting the issue they are not able to provide a timeline when clarion team will come and inspect the faulty part. He first said like they will come someday and check the issue. I got irritated and when asked again he said they will try to resolve in 3 days. I told him like if I don't get a reply from in 3 days I will escalate the issue. He simple said okay. This is the kind of service I am getting after purchase a 12 L car from nexa Kollam. Please let me know if you have faced similar issues with baleno also similar experience from nexa.

Buying experience was awesome, driving is very smooth also it's looks and performance is good only thing is poor is its headlight. It's not up to mark ,you can not see any thing if a vehicle comes in front of you. It's light is so dim. Service quality is also not up to mark they generalize it and do nothing neither they listen to your problems. Overall all good car but Maruti needs bit more towards after sales service and problem solving. Car is nice, built quality is also good. Space is awesome, power is awesome. Some problem is entertainment system and lighting only.

The experience at Nexa is really good as compared to the suzuki arena. The RMs are friendly and give advise based on your requirements. Driving experience is really good, little to no noise in the cabin. Kudos to the engine refinement also you don't feel the car can't go faster at any point of time. Talking about the looks its subjective but for me its one of the best looking cars under 10 lakh Suzuki is known for its cost effective maintenance and service The only con I can highlight is no wireless android auto/apple CarPlay and no wireless charger

I drive this Baleno Car in routine life. It is very comfortable and easy to drive. Very good features. It has very good space for seating. Baleno has very good seats and there are so many things that makes Baleno more comfortable.

Maruti Suzuki Baleno is spacious in segment.It has premium look in this segment.Fuel efficient car. The cons in this car is light weight,feeling bounced while solo driving on disturb road.The boot space have significant height to lift your luggage at proper level.It only has 2 airbags.

Super car. Buying experience is best. Best selling price. Good looking performance less expensive service & maintenance. All over Baleno is best car. Suggest to purchase everyone. Thanks.

I bought the car six months ago and it is awesome car by look. Driving of the car is very smooth. It is very Stylish and worth for money car in this budget. Mileage is very good. Light in weight.

It's a great experience in Baleno and feels safe while driving.
