It is Very good car for daily office use. It is very fuel-efficient. Look-wise, it is a very good car. Cheap in price compared to others. You can't use it for a long family trip due to less boot space.

Model: Maruti Suzuki Baleno Zeta AGS Purchase Date: November 2025 Usage Period: 2.5 Months (Post 1st Service) ​Buying & Dealership Experience ​I purchased my Zeta AGS from Kalyani Nexa, Bangalore. While they are one of the top dealers, my experience was very poor. In the final week before delivery, they increased the price beyond the agreed-upon amount. The post-sales support has also been disappointing. If you value transparency, be cautious with this dealership. ​Pros ​Aesthetics: The car has a premium and modern look. ​Engine Refinement: The engine is smooth and quiet at idle. ​Feature Rich: The Zeta trim comes loaded with useful tech features. ​Cons ​Poor Suspension: The shock absorbers are only suitable for smooth highways. They struggle significantly on Bangalore’s humps and potholes; even small bumps are felt sharply inside the cabin. ​Frustrating AGS Performance: On slight inclines, the car holds 1st gear for too long. It requires pushing the RPM to 3500 just to shift to 2nd. The "gear-shift jerk" is much more noticeable compared to other brands, which is a letdown if you are coming from a manual transmission. ​Real-World Mileage: Before the second service, I am getting only 11–12 kmpl in Bangalore city traffic, though it improves to 18 kmpl on the highway. ​Visibility & Blind Spots: The front view from the driver's seat is restricted, and the blind spots are more prominent than in competitors. ​Tech Issues: The SmartPlay Pro refuses to connect. Even the official service center team has been unable to resolve this software/hardware glitch. ​Cabin Noise: Significant road/wind noise enters the cabin once you cross 60 kmph. ​Final Verdict: Who is this car NOT for? ​I would not recommend this car if: ​You prioritize driving pleasure or a "punchy" pickup (it feels sluggish between 1000–2500 RPM). ​You are taller than 5'8" (visibility and ergonomics issues). ​You drive primarily on bad city roads—the suspension is not tuned for Indian conditions. ​You are expecting a city mileage of 13+ kmpl.
