Buying experience was amazing ., car is running perfectly & giving 20 plus mileage.. & service experience was also good .. car is quite silent & it’s a perfect car for a small family

Buying experience is just like average It's really amazing while only two person in car but not well in 5 Look is good and performance is an average experience Service of Maruti is average but it's not cost too much high There are various pros such as power window auto AC and so on There are various items missing in Sigma model such as steering mounting controls rear AC.

Smooth driving & better mileage, low maintenance cost and value for money car but the only issue is build Quality which is not good, company provided better build quality please share my word with the Maruti Suzuki company

Smooth driving, best mileage, and performance low-cost service and maintenance. Good car value for money. My 1-year experience is excellent and a good infotainment system love this.

No safety features, not much power in engine. fuel efficiency is not good, facing jerk issue in engine. high maintenance, after free service i have pain 8000 and 9000 for last 2 services

The car lacks it power in second gear and its only comfort for city riding like day to day traffic but on highway its not a car that everyone should choose unlike lord polo which gives a punchy and smooth ride a spacious cabin and plenty of features with a great mileage of 27 km/l(based on my previous car) ..but Baleno is something not fun to drive unlike swift petrol FEATURES THEY LACK- In he new model they removed diamond cut alloys for zeta variant (in the previous model you had that ) and they removed uv cut glasses too. What i can't believe this ,sun glass holder, rear armrest, WIRELESS ANDROID AUTO. Cornering lights THINGS THEY SHOULD PUT IN- leather wrapped steering wheel, uv cut glasses, sun glass holder, sun shades hooks, hill hold control, rear armrest ,PUNCTURE REPAIR KIT, cooled glove box or bottle holder, more features on steering mounted controls. but overall due to new design and powerfull ac and cabin and boot space i recommend you to buy this just for being the value for money car .

Overall good value for money option if buying Sigma or Delta variants only anything over this, it's better to go for Scross or ciaz. Higher variants just have fancy gizmos that might interest some but not very useful for an experienced driver. Also engine power figures not very good much lower than competition and no diesel option is also disappointing.
