      1.I booked kia SONET HTK+ automatic on First day 20/8/2020 But didn't deliver yet. Dealer Shivam Kia Rajkot Gujarat Said that company didn't send choice model. Only top model sending Customer care didn't help. Last one month, didn't send HTK+ automatic white or HTX Diesel White one car. Last 3 months.. my choice model didn't send. Very bad services.

      I bought the car 14days earlier. It has gone to service centre three times already with the rear right door not opening, then boot not opening and then rear door not opening again. Very disappointing and shameful. Can't recommend to anyone as have never had such an experience with any car ever.

      Experience is ultimate. Driving is smooth I choose AMT diesel. Pros: Comfortable in City Traffic. Auto connect is perfect feature. Rear ac vent provides perfect cooling. Cons: No day time lamps in 12 lakhs car No rear arm rests. Average is less.

      Yes KIA need to train their staff to be polite, overall the buying experience was good. My recent driving to Bangalore touched 140, was very stable. People have that passionate look on. Finished my first service, they did all details, well explained. The only problem is the Android Auto doesn't work.

      Overall good..happy with the car.milage is too good. Interior looks premium .smooth engine. good leg space. showroom guys were very professional. wanted rate overall 5 but just few hundreds of kms done so will give it in next time of review hopefully
