      Don't buy Kia cars. Shocked that Kia doesn't deserve an international brand. The waiting period is fluctuating. They only do fake promises. Service experience is the worst. If your car met an accident then u will suffer miserably by a service. Only looks and some feature is good at this price nothing else. Never ever go for kia cars. Instead of this just go for Hyundai, Tata, Mahindra cars.

    • Delivery getting delay and false commitment by the dealers "KIA Sonet"

      I have booked the HTX Imt black on 27 Sep in Car Automotive LLP at Jubilee hills,hyd. Promised and gave a commitment to delivering the vehicle within 4 weeks. But now increase to 8 weeks. Then also i did not receive the vehicle till now. I don't understand why they are giving false commitments. And also saying having issues in the manufacturing plant. It's the too worst experience.

      Rear seat comfort is absolutely worse. I actually didn't understood why reviewers saying it's value for money, good comfort etc. It's way too expensive. Yes ride quality is fine but at this price point Tata Nexon gives better features, safety, ride quality and handling. Cherry on the top is the rear seat comfort which is just spot on. I actually cancelled Kia Sonnet booking and chose Nexon instead.

    • Owner review: Over hyped by the digital space

      Worst pre sales and post sales support from Kia. It is as good as nothing. They don't respond to email or phone. They just don't care! Had not so good car buying experience. Post purchase their service is useless. Had a very serious issue when I gave my car for service at their workshop, as I wasn't satisfied with the workshop service I emailed Kia and guess what they did? They redirected the complaint to the same workshop. Received no call or a response on email asking if my issue was resolved. Kia has absolute ZERO pre or post sale support. Most parts or accessories are not available anywhere. The infotainment doesn't support most android device's android auto. Apple car play gets disconnected frequently. Driven the car for 500km mostly in city, the petrol engine is not powerful enough for good pickup, overall the car is decent, not as good as the hype suggests. Imt transmission is the only thing that I feel give sonet an edge over other cars. Don't get influenced by the digital space. Make a wise purchase decision.

      I have cancelled my pre-booking HTX IMt model. Kia kept price is too high... Missing important feature like safety, alloy wheel, lack of service centres. I would like to opt for Nexon XZ plus which are offering great safety, good sound system, good drive quality and a number of service centre across the country. Tata is great. Jai Hind Jai Bharat...

      My buying experience was disappointing. Ride was not better than Nexon. Looks wise best in this segment. Price is little expensive. They should have added safety features like Esp, traction control for atleast since htx variant. Not everyone can afford gt line. Rear seating was congested. If you have any plans for Sonet, go for turbo variant only.

    • Great Car with IMT weighing it down

      This was my first serious purchase (had an 2004 alto before this). Bought it about a month ago and drove mostly in and around hyderabad for about 600km. Pros 1. Awesome ride quality - suspension, cabin noise isolation , vehicle handling, overall build quality everything is top notch. The car glides over indian roads and keeps most noise out of the cabin. It can get better than this in this segment. 2. Interiors feel very premium 3. Stylish Exteriors - best in my opinion Cons 1. Though this IMT version has creep, i.e, the car will tend to slowly move forward in 1st gear without stepping on the accelerator pedal, there is significant roll back even on gentle slopes. This is a major issue and takes out all the convenience imt has to offer. 2. IMT severely limits the turbo engine's potential, making it seem as though the car has no pickup at all. You will need to floor the accelerator pedal in 1st or 2nd gears to feel any acceleration at all. 3. Poor speakers - not enough power, even on full volume they are feeble. I've regularly driven Baleno and sonet's audio system doesn't even come close to that.

      West Coast KIA Ahmedabad has worst after-sales services. I had a very bad experience to date and till unresolved. Nevertheless, IMT gear shifting is also not that great. The audio system also stocks.

      Excellent car. Very comfortable. Eye catching on the roads specially beige gold colour. Average is unexpected its giving me 17.5 in mix drive of traffic and highway. Mine is petrol.
