      kia people never let you have a bad experience in sales, they showed us all courtesy and good behaviour. just after 20 days of buying the car stopped in the middle of the road for few minutes and when contacted the service people told that you have to bring the car to the service centre which is 400km from my home. This happened multiple times with me and when i took my car to them they said that they changed some part and the problem won't repeat. But from that time i knew something is fishy , this car gives mileage of 5-8km/l in city and traffic and on highway max it gives 11-12 km/l which is way less then they claim. So we complained many times to the showroom people, they said that after the 3rd service at 10,000 kms your car will give better mileage. We believed them and ran the vehicle. This vehicles engine is absolutely underpowered and I am from a hilly region so in normal steeps you have to bring it down to 1st gear other wise it won't climb. Coming to the Service , company claims that it'll cost around 6,000 on the third service and they text you before service also that the estimated service is 6000 but when we got the bill they added unnecessary things worth thousands and we paid 10k for the service. Now overall we have ran this vehicle over 23,000 kms and we have done the 4th service and it costed more than 11,000. we have contacted the kia people for exchange this model with diesel model and they are asking 8 lakhs . I swear that from the day we have bought this vehicle to our home our life have became hell. Don't do that mistake and stay away from these korean petrol engines it is not at all practical!!!

      Need to share the actual mileage as under. City mileage - 6 kmpl Highway-10 kmpl. The company claims an average of 18 kmpl, while the other YouTube influencer mentions 14kmpl in the city. But while we are using we are shocked to have a mileage of 6 kmpl in the city. Also to share, the vehicle while at red lights drops the mileage by 2kmpl more but while driving to comes back to 6kmpl. I thought and made up my mind with even 12 kmpl in the city with tight traffic but now with 6kmpl, I am finding myself stressed about my investment.

      Service & maintenance is not good, lots of hidden terms are conditions for warranty. facing DPF issue for more than 3 months, Kia Care & service Center both are not interested in after-sales service asking ₹1.7 lakhs for the repair of DPF

      I Purchased a new car Kia Sonet HTK Plus Imt 1.0 turbo in December 2023, this review after 12000 km , the vehicle mileage is very bad 8 to 10 km in city driving and 12 to 13 km in highway drive with under 100km per hour speed. As per ARAI mileage is 18.2 km. My kind advice is do not buy this car if you looking for good a mileage vehicle.

      Bought the gravity diesel edition. Great engine and its fuel economy is 22 currently with 700km running. The interiors of the vehicle are very nice. Best in it's its range so far. Engine performance is great. Very smooth driving experience with a diesel engine of SONET. The same engine is being used with Creta and Seltos as well. It's the most value-for-money model so far. The seats are good. Suspension is very fine. You may travel long distances without any tiredness.

      After experiencing its performance, this car deserves applause! What an amazing car it is. It wouldn’t be inaccurate to say this version of SONET is best in class, the only thing which they can improve is its comfort, which isn’t that bad I say, coming to its service cost and maintenance, that is minimal. My feedback for the service center is not very good, anyways it depends from person to person.

      4th time auto transmission failure. Two times the gearbox has been replaced in 3.5 years. Each time, approximately two months is taken for the repair. 1st failure and replacement was at 58 k kilometers. Second at 108 k, 3rd at 160 k & 4th at 161000 kms.

      Worth buying. A little bit underpowered in the hills but on the highway it's like nothing. One should go for it if you are from a plain areas. Also for the middle-class family, if you are planning to buy an SUV then buying it will not disappoint you as the features they are providing like a sunroof, voice command, & last but not the least is music system it's like into totally different world.... love my car... awesome experience till now fingers crossed.....

      I recently took out a car loan and was pleasantly surprised by the smooth process. The document verification completed within a week.Now I had the car for 2 months and have driven about 300 kms.The driving experience is fun and enjoyable since I opted for the top end model with advanced features like 360 degree camera,level 1 adas functions As a new driver, I feel confident thanks to features like lane keep assist, lane control assist,blind spot monitoring, and front and rear cameras,The car appearance looks like roars lion and it feels powerful on the road while I didn't had servicing experience yet The car offers several advantages like ample ground clearance , spacious trunk and comfortable seating for 4 people, however its quite expensive compared to its peers and offers low mileage in city especially for petrol variant.
