Selling Faulty VehiclesI want to warn anyone planning to buy a Kia vehicle — please think twice. My own experience has shown that Kia’s after-sales support is nowhere near what they promise. Even with a clear mechanical issue like the reverse gear not engaging, Kia’s authorised service centre kept denying the problem instead of fixing it. They were not ready to provide a written “No Fault Found” letter either, which clearly shows a lack of accountability. If this is how Kia treats customers while the car is still under warranty, future buyers should be prepared for major frustration.
