Buying experience was not good with Juhi KIA Dhanbad as they promised to deliver the car on 10-07-2025 against my booking on 26-06-2025. Car was delivered on 28-07-2025 that too after intense and frequent follow up. To be very frankly speaking, I would say that the car is good in looks, comfort, features and road presence, but it is quite exasperating to observe that despite spending so much money, driving experience in city has never been good so far. In bumper to bumper traffic, moving the vehicle becomes quite uneasy in 2nd gear sometimes causing juddering. This is the only issue I have felt so far. Perhaps, this is because of the issue of ECU tuning. I would appeal KIA to look into this matter. If this issue is resolved, the vehicle will surely secure an excellent place among its customers. Second issue is mileage. A vehicle with 1482 cc engine capacity is giving a mileage of 8km in the city and XUV700 with 2000 cc engine capacity does also gives 9-10km in the city. I don't know why this is so. Overall, I am satisfied with the vehicle.
