For services, they will ensure to charge higher citing certain reasons but if it goes to the service centre for faults to be repaired - they don’t have parts and can’t even provide any substitute vehicle. It takes 8-10 days for any repair. Moreover, the management is pathetic and they won’t respond even if you write to them 10 times.
